Visited the restaurant with my 3 year old daughter. Ordered a pizza margarita, tomato bread, water and canjo. 25 eur!!!! Then I asked for a receipt, and suddenly the price was 19.90 eur (still overcharging me 7.5 euro instead of 4.5 euro for the plain...tomato bread). And the owner who did the overcharging didn’t even say sorry or apologized!!! All just because I look like a tourist, and despite my Spanish family in law has a house in Albons, and even my brother in law sometimes works there!!! The owner just didn’t remember me, and thought I was a regular tourist! Very disappointing and the last time I ever put food in that restaurant!More

It was not my first visit and immediate I recalled that I hadn’t been impressed the first time. Thinking wishfully I was hoping for a fast tasty simple lunch time menu. Had the typical Catalan Gaspatxo but far too much garlic and odd taste to...it, didn’t enjoy it at all. Then canelloni, so two starters, to be honest should have gone to local supermarket esclat where the quality and taste of both dishes are better. Surroundings are nice enough but so many flies made eating uncomfortable. For families there’s a swing and slide next to the terrace, this is the only positive point I can make. To top it off following day had an upset stomach so will not be returning. Highly recommend avoiding there are plenty of other decent restaurants in the area.More

A unique meal. I don't speak Spanish and was slightly concerned by the menu due to the offering of kidneys, pigs cheeks etc. I eventually had Vegetables for starters (boiled potatoes, beans & carrots) followed by a pork steak. Very tasty. The favourite option was...the macaroni that all the kids loved. Well worth a visit.More

Very pleasant Sunday lunch in Catalan restaurant in the village of Albons. Good choices on the 17 euros menu including chicken, fish and a variety of other dishes. However we both had the aubergine and prawn bake with cheese topping which was very tasty. I...had fish of the day (4 small fish) with salad and the wife noodles and shell fish. Then Crema Catalana and ice cream for me. Functionally served but lovely surroundings and traditional decor. Good value.More

We were directed to this restaurant by the local hotel and we were not at all disappointed. It was quite a quiet week night when we visited in July but we enjoyed good, well prepared and well-served food. No complaints at all.

Traditional catalan cuisine. Nothing really sophisticated. Not superb but pretty good. Rather big portions. Service is not bad, they do their best at least (under the permanent regard of the boss 😉). Big patio and playground for children.

We were looking for a restaurant that served local cuisine as opposed to what tourist may be looking for. Ca la Nati is situate near L'Escala, not too far away from the tourist areas. They menu is diverse, offering something for everyone. Prices were very...affordable. Portions were large. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful.More

I went here with a group of friends for the menu del dia which was priced at 15 euros. There were about 5 or 6 choices for each course. There was no written menu and we were told what there was by the waiter in...Catalan. Between us all, with a knowledge of French and Spanish we managed to understand our choices. I may have chosen wrong, but I was very disappointed in the food that was served. I went for the chickpeas and was presented with a plate of them, with a slice of (fatty) bacon and some potatoes. I opted for the fish for my second course, even though the waiter could not say what fish was on the menu. I received 2 tuna steaks and chips. The tuna was a little over cooked and I took one of the steaks back for my cats. the deserts were the normal crema catalana, ice cream etc. I won't be returning.More
