Only found this place towards the end of our stay but managed a couple of visits. We didn't find it pricey, in fact we thought it reasonable compared to others in the area. My teenage son loved the meatballs, we tried traditional Greek dishes - dakos for starters is a must. The food was good, the garden and ducks an... More

This restaurant has the added attraction of ducks and a large goose running about in the garden beside where you eat. Something to keep you amused and also, if you have children, this is great entertainment. Service and food are excellent. I had the oven baked potatoes and lamb-it was delicious. My daughter had ordered the meatballs in sauce as... More

The cost is twice as what you can get in the center of a Chania and the quality is not exceptional, the staff is friendly and the service is good but it's way too touristic to be a real Greek experience!

We told the waiter that we came from London so the manager (Georgio) came to our table as he used to live in London. He gave us lots of information about the island and recommended food for us. He was very friendly and kind. My husband had lamb as Georgio's recommended it and he absolutely loved it. I had charcoal... More

This restaurant has a funny name! It means "The haunt of the cross". We regret that we never asked the people about the background for the name! We stayed at a hotel at the backside of the restaurant, so we had several meals there. The layout of the restaurant is in a nice garden, and there is a children playground... More

We had 3-4 nice evenings here with some tasty meals. Can recommend the traditional lamb dishes (had lamb shank and Kleftiko) and fresh fish. Nice place and athmosphere.

It surprises me that anyone can write that the food is bad! We had one of our best meals here. The lamb kleftaki and the lamb with mustard sause were amazing! The staff was really friendly, food was served quickly and we received a nice complentary dessert and raki :) Not the cheapest place, but well worth the money spent!

This restaurant is great for family's with small kids and thinks the venue is most important. The staff was stressed out, and went out of they're ways to sell us they're "home made wines". I had a glass and it way bad and the price was just ridiculous. When it came to the food they really didn't want to serve... More

Stopped in for dinner with my family after arriving in the area we were recommended to pop in by our taxi driver. The place is really lovely with a fab area for kids to be entertained in the playground or by the ducks in the area neat the tables which is really nice. There are tons of traditional options as... Lovely little place, with engaging staff and great food. The beef stifado is highly recommendable. Prices are a bit high for the area, but nothing much, and well worth it.
