A small number of spacious and comfortable rooms in a hotel with waterfront views across the bay. The room was modern and clean with a spacious balcony to enjoy the views. The restaurant offered delicious food and whilst I normally explore local restaurants, this hotel's offering was unbeatable. The cocktail bar on the top floor was a fun "beach" bar with sand, low seats, and a good choice of cocktails and music. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this modern hotel

We can only give an absolute recommendation for this restaurant - from the ambience to the food and the cocktails, everything was absolutely world class.
Starting with our main course (cow from Rome + rump steak), which not only suited our taste, but also the presentation - not over the top but not boring either - was spot on. The food as a whole is characterized by the finely coordinated components, regardless of whether you enjoy a starter, a main course or a dessert.
The ambience and the decor of the restaurant are incomparable with other locations in the entire area, the service was without exception courteous and friendly throughout.
And we actually liked it so much that we made another reservation straight away.
Thank you very much for this beautiful, pleasant and particularly delicious evening!

At the end of our vacation (for the 3rd time in 2023) we tried the tasting menu - 1x meat and 1x fish with the respective wine accompaniment.
Wow - star cuisine at its finest.
A little review:
First starter: foie gras and tuna tartare
Second starter: beef tartare in a zucchini coating and fish fillet with pea puree
Intermediate course: risotto balls on tomato confit and scallops
Main course: lamb fillet and ravioli filled with shrimps and a spicy jus
Dessert: chocolate mousse and mini pavlova with fruit
Well - have you whetted your appetite?
The courses were lovingly prepared. Branka, our waitress, gave us appropriate explanations about the absolutely perfect wine accompaniment of exclusively Croatian wines. The amount of the individual courses was absolutely sufficient and not overloaded. The taste of the individual dishes is still on our tongues.
The price-performance ratio here is perfect without any restrictions.
A big compliment to Duje, the "star" chef and to Branka - and best wishes to Patricia and Toni.

This was by far the best meal we enjoyed during our 9 days in Croatia. The chefs are extraordinarily talented and have put together a creative and insanely delicious set of menu items. The starters, mains, and desserts were all spectacular. Literally everyone on in our group of 6 considered this one of the highlights of our entire trip. Excellent service, very attractive presentation, and good wines and cocktails to accompany the amazing food.
It’s truly a hidden gem and a MUST VISIT if you’re anywhere near Split.

A holiday here at the Sky-Beach Aparthotel is actually fully recommended. The recovery factor is extremely high. Very clean and modern furnished rooms, a great pool landscape, a clean and quiet stretch of beach directly opposite the aparthotel, an outstanding kitchen at very fair prices with a great value for money, competent staff, a very sympathetic and helpful owner family Patricia and Toni Katic as well as many great small (and also larger) extras and special features (beach rooftop bar, switchable glass in the apartment, pool with underwater aquarium pane for great underwater snapshots, jet ski, electric scooter, ...) definitely make the Sky-Beach aparthotel stand out from others and make the stay here “special” and “unforgettable”. We will definitely come back next year !!

One of the best restaurants in the region. While all the other restaurants seem to have high scores but not deliver this one does it!
Amazing dishes. I would recommend almost everything but specially the meat (any dish from the menu) and tuna tataki.

Definitely the best restaurant in the Poljica and Marina. We did not expect such a high quality in Croatia . Very nice menu and extremely helpful a nice staff. They also prepared a nice birthday celebration for our son as they got familiar with the information, that he had a 6th birthday. We will definitely return..

We enjoyed the tuna tartare which was out of the ordinary.
The shrimp risotto was delicious.
And above all a kind, friendly waitress who knows her job and her wines perfectly.

Me and my friends visited the sky beach bar because we were looking for a nice place to eat. After we walked through the little town we noticed a huge and beautiful building and went for a dinner.
We ordered the food without a problem, the waiters were very nice and wholesome.
The food was delicious and the menu had many things to choose from.
The price for the food is okay. It’s not to expensive and you get fed up from the portions.
After the dinner we went to the rooftop bar. It’s a nice place to hang out and relax. The drinks are a little more expensive but that’s ok.

Off the beaten path with great views and gourmet food; land and sea. Not actually a roof top and inside a hotel. We were there off season and there was no reception, so we just went up the elevator. Fair prices and high quality. Great pit stop between Zadar and Split

Great atmosphere and ambience, due to the beautiful location right by the sea. The food and drinks were excellent, both fish and meat dishes were very good. There is also a large selection of delicious cocktails. The best hotel in town, highly recommended!

Our second time at The Sky Beach restaurant. Once again the greatest experience. We all had their 5 course meat tasting menu. Extremely delicious food. All beautifully arranged on the plates. Friendly and helpfull staff. All in all great value for money. Without a doubt the best restaurant we have ever visited during our many years of holiday i Croatia.
