My wife and I went to Antoinette's for a post Valentine evening of "liming", that is, we followed the Trinidadian practice of "doing nothing while sharing food, drink and conversation." We enjoyed our starters of pumpkin soup and a shaved cantaloupe and spinach salad with home-made mint dressing, followed by entrees of Caribbean lemon chicken, with basmati rice and vegetable... The coconut tomato soup was fabulous - a great mix of flavors and beautifully presented. Everything we had was freshly made with whole ingredients.

The atmosphere was very fun and relaxing with live music and nice lights/Caribbean decor. We had the bison stew and it was very good and came with a delicious cranberry bannock. The restaurant was understaffed for how busy it was and I felt bad for the server who was trying to cover almost all of the tables alone. He did... More

Elk, sausage, bison, etc. served Caribbean style. One of best in town, only half a notch below Burnt Toast.

We were please with everything about Antoinette's. The waiter was incredibly kind and the food was delicious. I had the Guacamole Salmon while my husband and another guest split both the Buffalo Stew and the Lemon Chicken. I highly recommend that anyone traveling through Whitehorse try Antoinette's!

The place had a nice vibe, it was pretty full for a week night. Our server was really good, very pleasant, friendly, attentive, but not overly so. The owner came and said Hi which was a nice touch. We were a group of 7, and tried a bunch of different dishes, all were really tasty. The chili shrimp app was... More

Antoinette is a great place for supper and caters to vegetarian as well. We had a wonderful supper even arriving without a reservation on a busy night. We all sampled the tomato curry soup that was very good. For supper we had the lemon chicken, the ribs, dahl, and the shrimp dish. All were very nicely presented and all very... More

This place gets recommendations from everyone here in Whitehorse. So we tried it and it didn't disappoint. Homemade soul food that will just give you a big smile and a happy heart. That's exactly what food is all about. Thanks!

Our mission: "To teach our guests how to "LIME" through pure niceness and good food".

As you walk through the doors of Antoinette's you are welcomed by one of the most architecturally eye pleasing locally built concrete bar. A perfect please to enjoy one of our featured Martini's. Out back enjoy (even when it rains) our beautiful covered deck - a little oasis in the heart of the downtown business district. Our cuisine is a mix of world foods with Caribbean influences and Vegetarian. We endeavour to use all the traditional, authentic ingredients necessary to hold true to these varied and interesting cultural recipes.
