Gibsons has been around Saskatoon for a long time. I don't often go out for fish & chips but when I do - it is always Gibsons. Older decor inside but it doesn't matter when you get great, satisfying food. Take out is fun too, as the boxes are warped in newspaper.

We had not been to Gibson's for some time and we happy we went back. The servings are large and the taste and freshness of the fish are always excellent.

Wow! Talk about fast, friendly service! Got seated right away! Served right away! Appies were served within 5 minutes and our meal about 8 minutes after that! Clean and delicious! I thought this place had closed down but now I see that they did renovations and it looks and feels amazing!! I will 100% be back here, specially on a... More

My husband and I stopped at this restaurant for lunch while in Saskatoon. The fish was very good and quite tasty. Portion size was good for lunch but I found the prices a bit high although we did have good food. The restaurant is a good size but there is not too much parking out front. Our food came quickly... I've been a huge fan of Gibsons since I moved to Saskatoon in 1980. In its former location in the Cumberland Square Mall, it could definitely compete with any fish & chips joints on the West Coast. I had to leave the province for a few years, returned to Saskatoon, and had my first Gibsons visit last night. They've moved... More

The eatery moved as the old location was torn down the new location only has maybe 10 parking spots far too few for the size of the building. The food is still good however the portions are smaller and the price has gone to high. two piece fish and chips X2 one milkshake and gravy bill was $45.00 . Let... More

This restaurant has the best fish and chips. Has been in the family for over 50 years. Great service and nice atmosphere. Old style fish with homemade fries and coleslaw and a great size. Would really recommend it. Great staff also.

Firstly Gibson's have moved to a new address, 1025 Louise Ave Saskatoon. Ph- 306-374-1411 Besides the great food; the atmosphere with Plants and Waterfall makes the dining experience totally pleasurable.
