we had a late lunch here and was thrilled with the history and ambiance of this gem. The food was so good, the menu extensive and service outstanding. I would eat here again and again

Driving along the Main Street, we noted the building design and on a rainy day decided to stop in for lunch. We weren't disappointed. While right off the main road, they have lots of parking available at the side and rear of the restaurant. Located close to the old train station, the entire restaurant carries the railway carriage theme. From... More

It's rare when you can find a restaurant that serves true wild game and very unusual meats like ostrich. Saskatoon is the only one that I know of in this part of the country. And the chef knows how to prepare these meats. This is why Saskatoon is usually my top choice for my birthday. (For those with more tame... More

We were going to a dance recital, and our family met for brunch before it started. It was very good, except for the price for children--the 10 year old had to pay full price, and the 7 year old was around $12.00--but at least the adult price was under $20.00.

We are working around the corner and passed this unique place on our way to the hotel. It is definitely a place like I've never seen before. There are two on Pullman rail cars as seating areas which are very very cool. The waitress we had left a bit to be desired. Not very fast and really didn't appear to... More

The selection of food was good, and the flavours were good. The only problem I noticed was that the warming trays didn't keep the food hot enough. Otherwise, service was great and price was reasonable.

We used to love this restaurant. We would have supper anytime we were in Saskatoon. The first thing I noticed is how quiet the restaurant was on a Friday evening. It was pretty empty. We ordered usual prime rib & ribs. The ribs was dry & almost not edible as it was so tough. The prime rib was supposed to... More

I had been here before about 5 years previous, and if was such a fantastic experience I couldnt wait to go again. We came back for lunch with some family and I'm sad to report that the quality has diminished. It's still an absolutely beautiful place, but the food was only average and the service wasn't as personal or perfect... More
