Have to drive 30 minutes outside of Regina (Google, why did you send me down Old 16 Road?), but a beautiful country drive to a very cute restaurant. The food was just excellent, fixed meal but really Excellent. Six small dishes, great soup to start. Good healthy size of meal. Nice, friendly service.

Joined a friend at this little restaurant in the middle of small town Saskatchewan for an amazing evening. Loved that the restaurant is in an old convent, giving a bit of history. The meal was delicious, the only issue was not being able to keep eating as our portions were very large, but made for great left overs the next... More

We have been to The Grotto in the past for their Mexican Nights (Friday) and have always enjoyed the food. As a matter of fact, it is the best Mexican I have had outside of Mexico. We decided to try their smoked meat night which is Saturdays. We are all big smoked meat fans. We booked for a group of... More

The venue is very unique and the staff were friendly. The food was good with a nice variety. We went on the Mexican night and it was good authentic food. The corn on the cob was my favorite, it had a creamy sauce on it that was very nice. The plates have lots of food so no one goes away... More

After hearing so much about this restaurant we finally had the chance to try it out. We were kind of surprised at the venue. The restaurant has done the best it can with the location but ambience certainly is lacking. Upon being seated we were to pour our own water into plastic cups. This was surprising from an environmental as... More

Our group of 4 made the 40 minute drive from Regina to Vibank as we had heard amazing feedback about this restaurant. We were not disappointed. We went on a Wednesday for the authentic Mexican Meal and it was outstanding. The owner came out and explained what each course was -- it was very tasty and the Mango Pie was... More

After seen the great reviews on there we booked up for Mexican night. Sadly I was disappointed to find when we got there it was a set menu that I was not told about and in the end for what you pay it's not really worth it.

Whenever we come here we are amazed by just how good the food is. Extremely friendly staff; authentic feeling atmosphere and absolutely superb food. We always book our next reservation before we leave. A++++++

40 minute drive from Regina but worth it for excellent Oaxaca cuisine organized by a Mexican transplant and her husband. Located in an old convent and serving Mexican set service on Friday's and country BBQ on Saturday's. Well worth the drive if you have a designated driver....we have been to Oaxaca and this rivals solid good food,,,,stuffed poblano pepper, salad... More

My wife and I have made a tradition of going to this restaurant with two of our dear friends every couple months. The food is incredibly good both on Fridays (Mexican night) and Saturdays (BBQ night). The big standout for me is the brisket. Tender, delectable, it's heaven! This is the ONLY restaurant I've ever been to where we can't... More
