Avoid all the high volume restaurants. This is the place to just relax and eat well, with service staff that are just great- knowledgeable, extremely attentive with a personalized touch. This is a CAA 4 diamond restaurant, so high end pricing. But when you compare to those high volume bistros where it will cost you just as much, The William... More

Excellent spot for a couple to kick off the beginning of a 5 week trip in Canada. I enjoyed the Halibut Filet Confit and my wife loved the Seared Sturgeon Filet.

This charming room in the Tadoussac hotel offers a great dining experience, one of the best we have had in Canada, as well as a great view over the bay. The service was excellent and the atmosphere pretty casual, with guests ranging from those dressed up to those in jeans and t-shirts. You have a choice of three tasting menus:... More

The food at this restaurant was excellent - really delicious. The restaurant is part of the Hotel Tadoussac where I was staying. It is one of two restaurants - the other, the Coverdale, is nowhere near as good and bizarrely cost my more for each of the two meals I had there than the meal I had here. There are... More

Wow! We loved the ambience, service and food of this lovely little restaurant. The view of the lake is amazing and then to have 4 fantastic courses with impeccable service. Wow! The pate appetizer was the best, followed by the best black cod then a little sorbet to cleanse the palette for the cheese sampler then a superior dessert. You... More

Like the other reviewers already said, you can choose between 3 set menus between 57 to 77 CAD. We did choose the wine pairing option which gives 4 glasses of wine per person. Price is about 50 CAD more per person. If you want to treat yourself, go ! The food and presentation were very awesome, quiet restaurant, nice view,... More

We decided to book the fine dining room Le William. Its next to the main restaurant, located on a covered poarch. Has a calm atmosphere and staff is professional and friendly. You have the choice out of 3 menu, from $ 55-75 and the possibility of pairing wines. The forstarter was really good, starter missed some fine tuning (too cold... More

My husband and me decided to really treat ourselves to a nice meal and booked a table at this restaurant. The place has a lovely view over the bay and the staff was very professional and friendly. We had the choice between three menus and there was a big wine card that the waiter helped us with and recommended a... More
