Lets be clear, visually this is a beautiful restaurant attached to Auberge Saint Antoine one of the cities best hotels at port side.Yes, its silver service and top draw. But do not be fooled its very expensive in every respect, pretentious and will not suit all.We had duck which cost $48/serve before any supplementary side dishes.Wine was $10/glass - minimum $55/bottle.Service was slow... The outside dining is across from the Chateau Frontenac with a beautiful view. My meal looked like it belonged on Master Chef absolutely beautiful with flavors that complemented the meal. I had the filet of sole with snails. Thought it strange they listed snails on the menu and not escargo. My husband had a burger which we would rate as... More

We were up early and headed to Old Town to sightsee. Wandered down the hill and found this great place for breakfast. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight.

We've eaten in many top rated restaurants, but this one is by far one of the best. We had the chef's tasting and there wasn't one food item that we didn't absolutely enjoy. The service was superior, thanks to Yan and Charles. highly recommend this if you want to splurge on yourself.

My wife and I spent several days recently in QC and ate here as we were staying at the Auberge Saint Antoine. What we had was an amazing dining experience in every way you can judge a restaurant. First the location in a refurbished mill was so striking and cozy and made us feel welcome. My wife's foie gras and... More

First, there is not enough praise that I can reap upon the Auberge Saint-Antoine, and their Panache restaurant is the perfect match. Having had many a breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Panache, I have never been disappointed. Attention paid to every detail of one's experience, and the food is nothing short of superb. Wanted just dessert and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Charles the mattre d was all over us so nice what an asset for the place. Service was excellent. The decor was second to none. Heard that they had the best suffle in Quebec and it was true. Like eating a chocolate cloud. Highly recommended.

Description
Nestled amid the stone walls of a riverside warehouse dating back to the 19th century, Panache's dining room offers exceptional intimacy and stunning views of the bustling river. On the menu: Chef Louis Pacquelin's cuisine. A cuisine that is revisiting classic dishes with a pioneering approach and a genuine love for local produce, both simple and sophisticated, which vary with the seasons and arrivals. Our produce is sourced primarily from our organic garden on Île d'Orléans and small local producers.
