We wandered about, looking for a restaurant. This one looked good. We went in. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was brilliant and could not be faulted. The bill was very reasonable too. An all round lovely experience. Certainly it was the best meal we had in our three week trip.

The food was delicious. The wait staff were polite, efficient and attentive. Making a reservation was fast and easy. We were greeted by the host immediately upon entering the restaurant. I would definitely go back to this restaurant.

This restaurant served beautiful French-style food. There was an extensive a-la-carte menu and they also had 4 or 5 main courses plus soup, available as daily specials priced at $25. These dishes were smaller servings but were a more than adequate meal with the soup. The lobster soup I had was great. A range of reasonable wines were available by... More

My wife had remembered that had crepes at this restaurant over 20 years ago and she though they were the best she ever had. What is a trip to a French city without trying the crepes? Ww got up early for a crepe breakfast and headed for Louis-Hebert. Our waitress was quite friendly and the service was prompt. The tables... More

Like it. Next time will dinner. The sangria is excellent. Service very good and personable. Good sun cover. Does lack small snacks to go with drinks.

The food is excellent but the service is lousy. If you plan to take the lunch there please be sure that you have enough time. They do not have a menu for lunch the waiter is telling you what they have. They are telling you in French. There are not so many options. On the other hand the food is... More

This is one of the better restaurants along the Grande Allee. The food is tasty and well-presented. There are only a few wines offered by the glass, but what they have is good and the bottle list is adequate too. Now for the downsides. The server was rude to us as soon as we asked him to speak English. This... More

We really enjoyed the dishes recommended by waiter including spring roll, lobster and lamb chops. The lamb chops were a bit overlooked but still tasted good. Would recommend it. It is a very busy and large restaurant and the service was a bit late.

The waiter shows how he knows his job and the love to sell the right combination of food. I was first attracted to go for their cheap menu of $25 as it was very appealing but I ended up having a bill of $75 which was well spent and deserved. The foie gras is to try. Their lobster brisk is... More

Although we were staying within the walled city, we ventured out on the Grande Allee for lunch on a rainy day. We ate inside and it was absolutely wonderful. We had a young gentleman as our waiter and he helped us through the French menu. My husband had the salmon tartare and I had a delicious fruit salad with a... More
