Stopped by to buy bread while out for a city walk. Pastries are quite good. Staff seemed quite friendly even though very busy serving large crowds of tourists.

This is the only place I have seen in Quebec where they sell the famous "tarte tropézienne" (made famous in Saint-Tropez in France, on the Côte d'Azur).

It is not a breakfast place ... but you can order croissant or egg sandwiches. It depends on the daily menu.
