Stopped by this place while walking though old Quebec City. What a great pastry shop. Great service and great selection.

We were looking for a place to have dessert and coffee and this was one of the few places open after 5 pm. Apparently, in the winter, many places close at 5 in Quebec. While the desserts were not magnificent they were tasty. The coffee was good. The atmosphere is bright and a little loud, but that was fine since... More

Very busy on a Sunday morning but not too long a wait after ordering and your food is ready to pick up. Most seating at long tables - a few smaller ones by the front window. Wonderful selection of breads and pastries. Enjoyed an egg and bacon croissant that came with a fruit cup. Interesting place!

Dropped into Paillard to buy a baguette...still warm! Noticed many people enjoying croissants and other treats. There is lots of space to sit down and take a café au lait when your feet get tired or the tads are whiny ( saw plenty of those on our visit🍼) The price is reasonable and supposedly have the best croissant in Québec... Lots of yummy wonderful European pastries. So hard to choose. Great bread too. This is our favourite bakery in Quebec City.

Fantastic fresh bread! The pastries are great and you can have a lunch for $10. drink included. I had a soup with quiche. Like homemade!

Everything was delicious...from the pain du mois and hazelnut bread to the millefeuille and Equinox. The patisserie is bright and clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I even bought some chocolatines for the trip home.

A must to stop for me every time I visit to Quebec city! I love their homemade bread and soups. Excellent dainties and pastries. This time I purchased coffee beans as well!

The soup and sandwich were delicious and the deserts and ice cream exquisite. The coffee is good too. The menu is limited so it's not a place you would go for a romantic dinner. I would stop here for a snack again. Thanks for reading my post and have a happy holiday.

Thank Emily_Cattelan
