Walked to the old city from our hotel and found our favorite! Stopped in for a delicious croissant with egg, ham, Swiss cheese and hollandaise. Comes with a fruit cup and beverage. The hot chocolate is delicious! The sandwich comes a little cool so is easy to eat. Lots of energy to start our walking tour of old city Quebec!... More

This was our "go-to" pastry stop while we were in the city because it was right across and close to our hotel. While the croissants and pastries we got both breakfast in our hotel were far superior, the treats we got at Paillard were good and far better than anything we have here in the Orlando area. It is a... More

We stopped here 3 times and found terrible crowds on two of those trips. I was willing to stand in line to get a dessert to go finally. It was a luscious apple cranberry pie and worth the trouble. Early in the morning is the best time to go if you want to avoid the crowds.

For the 4 days we were in town, we had breakfast here each day. Everything is amazing, and I've never had croissants and French pastries as good as there! The coffee is wonderful, and the hot chocolate is amazing!

Ever looking for a good fresh bakery? Well Paillard is perfectly and exactly that. Complete with your typical baked goods, it is especially great with french pastries. I gather that several nearby restaurants get their breads/rolls from Paillard. The front-half of the counter’s length is all pastries, while the back-half is a very good soup/sandwich/salad restaurant. Some combo offerings will... More

4 of us visited... coffee was awful. We had 5 pastries and a savory croissant... they were not even average. Tarte au Citron, a French classic, was bitter and inedible. Won't be coming back here.., way overrated!!👎👎👎

My husband went out on an early morning walk and found this gem. He came back with the most luscious croissants I have ever tasted. They were so good that we stopped in to buy some to take home to family before leaving town.

The atmosphere is great, as the place is very large in size and can accommodate a fair amount of people. The service was good, too. My boyfriend and I each ordered a breakfast sandwich and a pastry, as we weren't sure what to expect. The pastries were AMAZING, but the breakfast sandwich was average. The egg product was lukewarm and... More

We were here for lunch, but a lot of customers were there for a hot beverage and one of their scrumptious pastries. The salad and sandwich offerings were quite extensive, the ones we ordered were delicious. You sit at community tables which can be quite fun and you get to meet a wide spectrum of people from locals to other... More
