We found this place while wandering in the St.Roch neighbourhood and it was the first place we ate at on our trip. We liked the look of the street 'patio' and we were hungry for lunch so we stopped on. The waiter was super friendly and helpful, and even put up with my bad French! The food was good, generous... We love the concept behind this restaurant: they're experimental. They take risks; they try new things. Their menu changes. They know their wine. And, they do all this without being stuffy or uppity. However, our food was just okay. The portions were pretty ideally sized--reasonable without being over-the-top. But, to be honest, nothing of what we ordered really wowed us.... More

I was here for a drink and we ended eating some starters for sharing...it was nothing special apart from the plate presentation, which was really nice... I found it expensive for the quality of the dishes...

Stopped in for a light lunch. Their lunch menu is very limited, but we all enjoyed our meals. Two of us had fish and chips (haddock), which they rated 6.5 out of 10. One of us had fish tostada (7.5) and one of us a vegetarian salad with tofu (9). Lovely service. It was quiet there for a late lunch.... More

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. This restaurant came highly recommended by one of the bartenders at a pub we visited on several occasions. We had an amazing meal, the service was friendly. There is an open patio area were we dined. It was a humid evening so this area was hot but that did not deter our good time. We enjoyed out... More

I tried this restaurant for the first time a couple weeks ago. It is well located in the Basse-Ville in the thriving scene of the Nouvo Saint-Roch area. The place has its own special atmosphere since it is a restaurant that sometimes turns into a late-night club or hosts music gigs on certain evenings. There are also two adjacent performance... I enjoyed my dinner so much I wanted to return the next night. I had some of the best gazpacho ever—the broth was thickened more than normal, and was seasoned beautifully. And in the middle of the bowl was a ball of fried ice cream. When mixed with gazpacho, it was perfect. Who knew? Clever chef, great meal. We had... More

It was my first night in Quebec, and le circle was very close to the hotel I was staying, Pur hotel. I tried the vegetarian platter, and it was amazing, very fresh, and full of flavor. I stayed 3 days in this city, and the food in this restaurant topped all the restaurants that I went.
