Come enjoy an appetizing dish at Cafe Vasco Da Gama. Come sit on their terrace beneath the sun. They are open after-hours from Monday to Saturday and are readily reachable by public transit and bicycle. They are in a colourful location recognized for its nightlife.

We found the restaurant just walking by Cafe Vasco da Gamma in the Hermes Building and wanted a hot coffee with Portugese tarts. Stayed and had good natale & moka. Seems like a place that will get busy at rush meal times.
This is a "sister" restaurant to Fierarra a superb Portuguese restaurant. It provides lunch and a lower key atmosphere. As it is a lower key venue it does not replicate the excellence of the alternate venue ( nor should that be expected)

Having just been to Portugal, we were keen to try this place to see if it lived up to the name. It does. Excellent coffee, good pastries including pastel de nata.
We had a lovely breakfast and enjoyed the atmosphere.

The restaurant was advertises really good. The food was as advertised. The service is also good. The chairs are kind of uncomfortable and it’s a skinny restaurant but that’s easy to look past. The vibe is good. The prices are fair. Enjoy.

Stayed at Mariott on Peel street and visited twice during our 2 day stay. Right across the street. Perfect location for a great morning. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. We had cappuccinos, americanos, chocolate croissants and almond croissants. All fresh and delicious. Will return!
