We are a Greek family and we know good Greek food. Mythos delivered the traditional food we were seeking. We dined outside and had very good service. If you are looking for a taste of traditional Greek food this will fill the bill. Well done..

Food tasted fabulous. The waiter was extremely helpful and accurate with suggestions. We were famished when we arrived and they fed us quickly.

We just came back from this restaurant. Don't expect to eat fast. You don't have to be in a hurry. You eat will you dance or watch people dancing. Great and tasty greek food. I must however admit that it is a bit greasy, but good. It is an expensive experience though.

We happened upon this restaurant while looking for another restaurant. This spacious restaurant features exceptional food, fresh linens, tasteful decor, and exceptional service. We ordered several appetizers, one entree, and a couple desserts. After a day of walking through Montreal we had ravenous appetites, and were pleased with the healthy, pleasantly presented feast. I highly recommend this restaurant for an... More

This is a great Greek restaurant. It has amazing and delicious Greek food and the ambiance is superb. While you're devouring your meal, there's great Greek music playing in the background. If you're lucky, you'll have people get up and start dancing Greek dance. The staff is amazing, helpfully and very friendly. Price is affordable and very good for the... More

With 5 other couples we spent the Valentine 2016 at Mythos. It was last minute arrangement, but we appreciated that they were able to accommodate us. The meal was good, Greek specialties, see food and grills. The life band was very responsive to our special requests. It was our first visit but definitely not the last. Prices are affordable. you... Went out with a couple of friends on a Saturday night... Incredible! The food was to die for and came in about 15-20 minutes I would say. Live band kept us very entertained.. Had a great table too.. Waiters were extremely polite. I asked a waiter who wasn't mine for help and he actually did, was surprised with how organized... More

I tried a lot of Greek places in Montreal but Mythos actually stands out as one of the best. I have visited this place with my family in August 2015, here's how my experience went: 1- Location There is no doubt that being located on Montreal's Parc Avenue is considered a huge plus and Mythos is not only located there... Montreal is a foodie town. So many choices and so little time. There are more famous (and more expensive) Greek restaurants in Montreal. But for my money, and year-after-year consistency, nothing beats Mythos. From the basement chic location, to the brothers who serve you and their unfailing sports trivia knowledge, this is not your average spanakopita and baklava mill. Put... More

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
