Truly impressed. Excellent, very interesting and refreshing choices, everything we tried and ordered was delicious (namely the hemp burger and lasagna and carrot tartare) and it was a good price too. Good portions and sides, with the meals, we were very happy. There was good style (you can even eat the hibiscus flower in your drink!) Was a pleasure being here, we will be back next time in the city.

We are glad to have found Lola Rosa vegan restaurant close to our hotel. Friendly staff greet you when you enter. You have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating in summer. Service is explemary. Servers ask about allergies and can tell you exactly what is in the dish and how it was cooked. They are very attentive. The food was wonderful with varying levels of spice with each dish. We would certainly come again. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We booked dinner for Lola Rosa on a Saturday night at the Parc avenue location. After the hassle of finding parking we were seated. The food was FANTASTIC (and we are not vegetarians) and tasty. Our group had the mushroom tagliatelli (so flavourful and filling), the ratotuille (as an appetizer) - sauce was yummy, the lasagna was very tasty and the side salad a nice add on, and the summer heirloom tomato risotto also very flavourul. The service and kitchen were quite expedient. It was surprisingly slow when we went. I would definately return to this restaurant.

In town for jazz fest and stumbled upin this little gem. While not vegan, I prefer more plant based foods. The rest of the family are true carnivores but they loved the flavors. My 14 year old mostly hamburger eating teen boy very much enjoyed their ‘burger.’ The nachos were great but super filling. I could not finish my entree and didn’t get to try dessert.

We are visiting Montreal and a friend from here told us about this restaurant because my wife and I are vegetarians, however, our 20 something son who is with us is not. Turns out that the food options were not only great for us , but for our son too.
The menu had a lot of great dishes and we sampled and shared a number of them. The salad was not only very good, but also very large. We had 2 dishes with tofu and it was seasoned very well.
The staff was very friendly, the service very good and the bill reasonable. We had reservations, which is something I suggest based on how busy it was for lunch.

We often went to this restaurant. It was our favorite place for fun and also for a business lunch. Unfortunately, the management decided to radically change the menu, the recipes and the service. The restaurant used to be full on Sundays for brunch. Today it was only 30% full. We will not be back for a while. Message to management: You had a winning recipe: Why did you change it ???

Excellent vegan choices, food is great tasting and lots of variety for plant based options. I have been here twice now and food is consistent and great tasting. I will definitely consider this as one of my go to in Montreal. We had the Lola “cheese steak”, crispy cauliflowers, quesadilla, and nachos, as well as the chocolate deserts which were decadent! Service was quick as well and pleasant. 4/5 cherries

It seems that this is the vegetarian (or vegan) restaurant that you have to try when you come to Montreal. Well one thing is sure, it’s true!!
A short menu but which offers something for all tastes, the lasagna is super good, the cheesesteack is very spicy! and the light quesadillas, the desserts are also very good
a super nice waitress, a good meal

We tried twice to get in here but it was booked solid - on a Tuesday and Wednesday night, so we did take-out. One bite of the food and I could tell why it was so busy! One of the best vegan restaurants I've ever been to in the world. Super nice staff and the atmosphere inside was so nice, it made me a little sad that we couldn't stay and eat there. So do yourself a favour and make a reservation!

I went here for dinner for the 1st time! And it won’t be the last tine.
Their menu is not huge. It is all vegetarian, but good variety! Our main courses were lovely! We had a veggie burrito & the vegetarian lasagne. It was fresh, good portion and very, very nice & tasty!!
Friendly staff. Good ambiance. We topped it off with cheese cake. And a warm brownie with vanille ice cream,
crunchy pretzels & peanut butter. Amazing!!

What can I say! There's no words. Délicate blending of savours. Each vegetables personnality is respected and glorified. The polenta was so dreamy, there was not enough. The waitress was kind and gentle and laughed at our bad jokes. Too much dessert to handle, but the Coffee helped. Bravo!!!

We are not vegetarians but chose this restaurant to eat healthy.
It was a very beautiful experience, superbly delicious. We were a family with our teenager and he also really liked it.
The +: I loved their homemade iced tea.
We will happily return there during our next visit to Montreal.

Lunch was good. One of our group of four chose this place because she must eat gluten-free. There were some gluten- free options, although not all were suitable because they prepare gluten-free items in the same oil as non-gluten free food.

Lovely space in active McGill neighbourhood of Montreal. The service was good. The menu selections varied and on point to their mandate. Ordered their version of fajitas w/beans and rice. Absolutely delicious! Not a crumb left on our plates. Look forward to next visit. Absolutely recommend.

Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
