I heard about this restaurant from mtlblog.com and as i live in the area i figured it would be a good place to have dinner. I have often walked past the place without giving it much notice. It is a small basement restaurant. As i...More

The avocado soup is delicious. Those nacho chips are addictive and the spicy sauce are delicious. We ordered Chorizo Tacos, Beef Tacos and Chicken ones and they were extremely good authentic mexican food. The restaurant was clean and was almost full for a snowy wednesday...More

Ihad a fried plantain to take out. Took a while but it was worth the wait. Patients like when in Mexico. So .. No problem. It was great.

I don't know why it took me so long to finally try this restaurant. Perhaps it's because it's in a half-basement. Decoration is minimal, but the open kitchen, you feel like you are eating in someone's home. The staff are fantastic and offered good descriptions...More

Very good and fresh, the food take some time because it's made on command and the nachos are home made. The Ahuacate soup is excellent I strongly recommend it. The service is very nice and friendly. Reasonable price. I'll be back.

There seems to be some dispute about this little eatery in NDG. Let's be clear: it's not a fine-dining restaurant. There's no alcohol licence. You don't come here for the buzz of the chattering classes. Those expectations should be ditched out of hand. What you...More

Stopped by here during street fest and ordered two tacos, ground beef and chicken. Took almost 10 minutes to get order and we didn't like the chicken at all and beef was ok but both were missing toppings, for 9 bucks you would hope for...More

All I can say is that the rest of these reviews must be fake. We started off with the guacamole, as recommended by our waitress. It was passable, however, the chips were too oily for my taste. Thankfully we had the guacamole, otherwise we would...More

All I can say is that the rest of these reviews must be fake. This was by far the worst restaurant that I've ever visited in my life...and i'm in my 70s! One of my fellow teachers suggested that we try this place at the...More
