Everything is good, authentic and fresh. It's a little pricey but worth it when you want to treat yourself.Baba au rhum and canellonis are out of this world, but everything else is also good! Love this place!

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 31, 2016 via mobile

I heard so much about this place from the radio and friends so I had to go try it. We bought cannolis which are one of the best I have had. We also bought patato pizza and a calzone stuffed with sausage and rappini. Oh boy was that ever good. I will definitely go back.

This bakery is small but packs a powerful punch with tasty Italian pasteries and pizza. There is a variety of creamy ricotta cannoli. My personal favorite is the chocolate dipped shell. The lobster tails are also very good and quite large. This is a family business and the staff is very friendly and helpful as you decide what to indulge... More

Staying in Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension

Neighborhood Profile
Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension
The most ethnically diverse of all of Montreal's neighborhoods, Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension (or, Parc-Ex) stands at the city's center, a hub for rail and metro traffic. Starting at the old station where the Canadian Pacific used to disembark, the brick-and-mortar surroundings of Parc-Ex have a homey feel, with leafy lawns and bicycle lanes seamlessly incorporated into the landscape. With prominent Greek and Spanish communities, Greektown includes the tastiest stops for brochettes and shawarma, and local bars entertain an excitable soccer fanbase. Jerry Park and Stade Uniprix stand ready for sports diehards to enjoy a game, while the the Complexe Environnemental Saint-Michel and Le Taz skate parks invite athletes to train and compete. Though built for the active and best by day, Cirque du Soleil, the TOHU center for arts, and the Le Boulevard shopping center offer diversions for those who wish to stay late.
