We had a wonderful brunch here on a Sunday visit to Montreal. Very nice brunch options, beautifully presented and quite affordable. I would definitely return. Service was very friendly. Decor is simple and a little quirky.
What a gem of a restaurant! The unique waffles were so delicious - you must try the savory waffles. We had the plate of four waffles with the chef's selections and we enjoyed every bite. It is a smaller restaurant, but the atmosphere and decor...More
Yes, delightful is the word that my boyfriend has for their waffles. So often did we encounter "waffles" that were so sweetened throughout despite whether or not they were supposed to be sweet or savoury. And so often did we encounter sweet waffles that were...More
Be prepared for a wait but it was worth it the freshness of the waffle with ham and cheese was amazing. I thought the chocolate and apple waffle was ok not my favorite. The fresh fruit juice was very good.
I often passed in front of the restaurant, the smell was always so appealing and I really wanted to try it each time but did not have the chance. So when I came on Sunday with my friends I maybe had high expectations about this...More
Second time in this place, the waiting time was horrendous the 1st time but we wanted to give it another shot. Unfortunately the service hasn't improved. Waited 55 minutes after arrival to have our order served even though the place was half empty. Our second...More
The place is perfect to have brunch due to the many options they have to combine. There is the possibility of salty and sweet waffle with 3 different kinds of waffles. I had the salt waffle with prosciutto and mushrooms and was not disappointed, all...More
We were looking for brunch and stumbled on this, probably the most unique brunch restaurant in the area. It was busy and had a great vibe. We got a table quickly. They have platters you can order which contain a serving of eggs (delicious), a...More
Went there for Sunday brunch with the family, wanted to go since a while. Different kind of waffles, sweet and salty, and I discovered I prefer salty waffles now! The one with mushrooms was super good!
Definitely a place to go, make sure you reserve...More
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that
dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
