There’s nothing really wrong with this place, but nothing terribly great about it either. We were staying basically next door so we ended up eating there a few times. One time I found a piece of plastic in my salad. The other times were fine,...More
Having struggled to find anywhere suitable for our family to eat with our teenage daughter who is Coeliac we were thrilled to find this place.
I spoke to the owner and stressed the importance of gluten free and cross contamination and they said they could...More
It is hard to find food for picky kids, a picky adult and a vegan. But this place had something for everyone. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The kids loved the ice cream sundaes at the end. The adults enjoyed the 2 for 1 happy hour...More
Discovered this place on a weekend trip to Montreal as it was directly beside our hotel. The breakfast food is top notch! They know what they're doing. Freshly squeezed OJ was great. The food was high quality and also large portions. We went there 3...More
Universal Déjeuner was around the corner from our hotel and a perfect spot to eat breakfast every day. The coffee is good, the plates of eggs and omelets were good, the waitstaff was efficient. You can eat here and go on you merry way and...More
We ate here so many times , it's crazy but we never found a better place for breakfast. The food was plentiful and very good, and unlimited coffee which is included in the price of the breakfast , very friendly staff, very popular, convenient to...More

I think a salad was around $10 and If you add chicken $4 more or salmon $7 more. I think the breakfast I got was around $15. Bar drinks are usually $10+ but they were really nice fresh fruit smoothie type drinks and you could add rum/vodka for extra. They add a couple small taxes to the bill too. the prices look more expensive than you might see in an American restaurant for brunch food but the exchange rate is in the favor of the American dollar right now so it is actually less. When I took out $100 from the ATM it was only about $75 I think in US currency.
