Service top notch. Food so fresh tasting. Fun to see what they do with local ingredients. Risotto was al dente, creamy. Seafood was crisp, clean flavour. A winelist for everyone.

My friends took my husband and I out here to congratulate us on getting married. We tried the majority of the dishes on the menu and I must say almost everything was DIVINE. The only things I didn't like were the jalepeno cooked oysters and the onion rings (but to be fair, I'm not an onion ring person). My favorites... More

I spent my birthday with some girlfriends at this wonderful restaurant. The drinks and food were excellent, as well as the service. The ambiance was great, not too stuff, not too romantic, just right. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling to Montreal!

The food here was truly inspiring. The quality was next level, and the wine selection was brilliant. I had the wagyu beef and the halibut, both of which were excellently accompanied with flavours. The service was very good, the waiting staff were very friendly and attentive which made the experience a perfect 5.

Visited for dinner with a group of friends. The food is imaginative, well-prepared and presented beautifully. The Hamachi, for example, is presented under a large bed of deliciously mandolined vegetables in a lovely vinegar-based sauce that complements the fish beautifully. Tuna tartar was outstanding and similarly well plated. This is a weird marriage of a French technique and a Japanese... More

This restaurant promotes plate sharing. The dishes are divided into 3 categories, but you are encouraged to order whatever you fancy. For 2 of us we ordered 3 from "Set" and 2 from "Match". Most dishes feature fish or seafood as the main ingredient, although there are a few meat dishes on the menu. Service was attentive and friendly, but... More

Different kind of food. innovated, nicely served. Portions are small. Very good service.the terrace had too many wasps/bees, they need to do something about this. We had to move inside. Great location for tourist, lots of place to see.

Is it Asian? French? Seafood? Tapas? All of the above. A truly spectacular flavour profile in almost every dish. Oysters, tuna tartare, hamachi and beef tataki were likely the best version I have ever had if each. To find that in one restaurant is unprecedented for me. Only complaint is that is was uncomfortably hot inside.

Staying in Parc du Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Parc du Mont-Royal
Montreal was named for this hilly highland, where the tallest spot in the city overlooks its most extensive parkland. The greenspace of Parc du Mont-Royal is an outdoorsman's dream, with hiking trails and nature walks that cater to every season and level of athlete. In the winter, cross-country skiers, tobogganers, and ice skaters don their equipment by Beaver Lake and its pavilion, while the warmer months bring families and competitors to the pitches of Jeanne-Mance Park for tennis, soccer, football, baseball, volleyball, or a dip in the community pool. A perfect spot for a stroll or a picnic, the forest foliage is dotted with sculpture art and offers views of some of Mont-Royal's oldest edifices, the towering St. Joseph's Oratory and the mausoleums of Notre-Dame-des-Neiges. Home to musical celebrations and twilight snowshoeing alike, visit here to walk, write, rest, think, or just be.
