Food was okay. Eldest had the Neptune crepe, which was assorted seafood in crepe, with mushroom tomatoes sauce, and cheese. He asked for mushrooms to be on the side but was told that it was not possible. Youngest had a Caesar salad with chicken breast. The chicken breast was 4 slices, not a whole breast, and it was dry and... More

We stopped here for an early dinner after walking all day in the heat. We ate outside - great people watching. The service was fast, but they didn't rush us. The crepes were large and fresh. There is a good selection of sweet and savory. Prices, especially for Montreal, were reasonable.

Really wanted to have a savory crepe but was somewhat disappointed. The chicken was thick and rubbery. Crepe itself with sauce and mushrooms were good. Waitress was very friendly and tried hard to please. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich very much. We ate upstairs where it was quiet.

I love crepes and was drawn in to this spot by the cute name. I was tempted to turn around as soon as we entered, but unfortunately did not. I had four others with me and they were willing to give it a try in spite of how much it seemed like a loud diner. Service was spotty and our... More

Our Server Michael was wonderful. And the food, all 4 of us five stars.. Crepes awesome... I recommend the fruit salad, which was fresh fruit served in a sundae glass, large portion shared between 4 of us. Very satisfied with meals and service.

A spur of the moment lunch, we stopped here to eat. We had two brilliant chicken sandwichs as well as the strawberry/Nuttella crepes as well as the Syrup crepes. All brilliant. Service was also great.

After walking Old Montreal for a few hours on a warm day it was great to find a sanctuary. The restaurant offers a full range of meals to satisfy all. I was lucky and found the last table outside in the shade. My crepe Suzette was mouthwatering delicious. Everyone around were choosing other meals and all were very happy with... More

We really love crepes and so while in Montreal, we really wanted to find a reasonably priced place to enjoy them. This place fit the bill. We sat upstairs at a table in front of a window overlooking the quaint street below. The service was pleasant and efficient. Very french, but no problem speaking English. I ordered shrimp filled crepes... More

Staying in Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal)

Neighborhood Profile
Vieux-Montreal (Old Montreal)
The historic center of Montreal, Vieux-Port is home to some of the city's most antiquated buildings and picturesque streets. Along the waters of the St. Lawrence River, the bank of Old Port features museums, festivals, food stalls, and outdoor athletics, a celebrated part of the city that explodes into fireworks displays on warm summer nights. At its center, street performers and artists compete with sprawling restaurant terraces for space along Jacques-Cartier Square, while the cobbled streets of Rue St. Paul and Rue Notre-Dame offer a reprieve of quiet galleries and atmospheric wine bars. Horse-drawn carriages are not an uncommon part of traffic, and the narrows they traverse are lined with boutiques, crêperies, and poutine shops enshrined in buildings of stone and wooden lattices. Here you can evoke Montreal's past with a traditional cooking lesson or historical tour, then enjoy its artistic present with live music and theater.
