I came here after a long work day. The service is good but the main courses are an huge delusion: Really small portions and the quality is not so high, it does not justify the cost. Maybe some people will like it. Never again.

What a great place to go right before a show. We got there at 6 and the place was packed, not single table free. They know everyone is going to show and get you out without feeling rushed at all. We really enjoyed our dinner,...More

This is the sister restaurant of Bouillon Bilk. The atmosphere is casual with a tapas style menu. Everything is delicious. This is a perfect restaurant for a quick before or after show dinner in the Quartier des Spectacles. It is also great for sharing dishes,...More

We (4) had a series of starters and main courses. The vegetable choices were fine and tasty, if not inspiring. The chicken, quail and fish courses were disappointing with "gloopy" sauce and uninspired fish dishes. Crowded tables, but friendly service. OK if going to a...More

Nice restaurant, well located next to the “Cartier des Spectacles”, with very friendly service. Food was very tasty and small plates allows to experience in group various flavors.

Was very excited for the shared idea. Went with 3 friends on a Wednesday night and ordered 2 plates each (so 6 total) and shared all. They get points for originality and mixture of flavors and textures but there was nothing “wow” about it. Most...More

All the dishes were obviously well thought out, planned and executed. It was a pleasure eating dishes that you can't find anywhere else.

Besides having my taste buds pleasantly challenged by numerous layers of savoriness, I was very impressed by the variety of textures in every dish. All your senses will be tickled at Cadet! Only negative comment: every time I ate there, the wait for food was...More

I arrived to Montreal late, after a missed connection, and a delay at YYZ. I arrived to my hotel around 10pm, worried that I might not get anything decent to eat. My concierge directed me here with his highest recommendations and assured me that I...More

Great atmosphere and a great crowd of people here. Seems like a very popular spot with locals. The dishes were all fantastic, the octopus may have been the best octopus dish i have ever eaten, so well cooked. Too many places serve rubbery octopus.
