My wife and I had a date night and choose this French restaurant. Had read the negative/positive reviews so I knew what to expect. We choose to share the tartares along with a few appetizers. Everything was perfect; service, food and how can you complain with the cheap wine prices.

Had supper here on Saturday night (June 11) with my husband's father and family. My husband and I have been to this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed the food and service and the wines are very reasonably priced. We were 7 people, 6 of us ordered from the table d'hote and 1 off of the regular menu. I... More

We had the tartar for two. It's served with tuna tarta, salmon tartar and beef tartar. Well prepared and a very generous portion. As a starter we had a pate which was very good and a goat cheese which was deep fried prepared with cranberries. I strongly recommend you try it. As per the wines: they have a wine list... More

Once again, I was not disappointed. I brought two longtime friends here yesterday June 1st and treated them to the terrasse. They had never been here but I'm sure they will want to come back We got here at 1:00 p.m. and our reservation was honored immediately. We had so much fun we left at around 4:30 p.m, The Nicoise... We were a group of four, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The service was excellent. The delivery of the food is always well timed, and I enjoy the wine suggestions. The salmon tartar is a favorite. The Tire-bouchon delivers in it's consistency of service and food. A fun choice for a night out!

We ate here tonight after reading all the good trip advisor reviews and was not disappoint. My wife had the duck orange and I had the beef bavette. Both classic French dishes and both were excellent. Wine was very reasonable SAQ price. Dessert were excellent too and you know what. The price of the dinner was very reasonable. I recommend... More

I have been to this restaurant several times and it is always good. Apart from excellent, the other word that comes to mind when thinking of that restaurant is consistency. I almost always take the salmon tartare and it is always the same. I appreciate the server asks us how we like it ( relevé or not). I often go... More

This was our first visit and were pleased with the service and quality of food. It is not fine dining but a nice meal. My steak was cooked perfectly and my wife's pasta with duck was good. I had the trio of mushrooms to start and it was tasty but just a little too much beef stock. Both of us... More

Had a wonderful dinner there from the Martinis to the wine list which is just a couple of dollars more than the SAQ its value meeting quality. We went with Bistro fare with a plate Boudain, Nicoise Salad and Bavette Frit all were well prepared and made the evening enjoyable.
