My wife and I went there for lunch and were not disappointed. The service was good and friendly with a nice atmosphere. The food was very good. I had a Tokonese soup which was full of grilled chicken and assortment of vegetables with fresh Thai basil. My wife had the grilled chicken with sticky rice and salad which also very... More

We love this restaurant so much, that we drive from the West Island to Laval whenever we want a fresh, healthy, wonderfully prepared, tasty and delicious meal, which is often!! The menu is varied with plenty to choose from. (Vietnamese/Asian Fusion) We are never disappointed and this restaurant has become one of our favorites. Every friend or relative we have... More

We attended this restaurant with our kids. It was the first time at an Asian restaurant with them...we were a little worried. In the end, they loved the satay skewers and the grilled meat. My wife and I equally enjoyed our meal...Pad Thai.

My impression is in the title. Vegetables are not overcooked, very tasty. Sauce is light (vietnamese) and delicious. Service is attentive, eager to please. The eating room is spacious, sober, well lit by large windows. Prices are very affordable ($12~$20 a meal before tax). Just one drawback : I would have preferred vietnamese music to that insipid jazz. But this... More

I have been eating at Basilic Vert or having it delivered on a lazy evening for 4 years now and it never disappoints. There are so many great choices on the menu, my personal favorite are the pad thai, phra ram and the grilled meat dishes. They also have a great pineapple shrimp saute served on your plate in half... Visited this restaurant for the first time last week . We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and portions. I had the chicken pad Thai and was very tasty. Others had shrimp dishes and were also satisfied. Best was the price; very fair and definitely worth it. Better than other Thai restaurants in the area.

This is a review long overdue and props need to be given. My wife and I have been coming to Basilic since they opened several years ago. We find it to be a just-right environment for a date or with friends even now that its usually full. We love its cleanliness and simplicity in food as well as the space... More
