The best ice cream you will ever have plus pick up a cool tee-shirt. Wait until you try their cheese, located minutes from the center of Charlottetown. You also can do some great shopping as a number of great outlet shops, something for every one.

I took my godson here as I was told it was a must do. The first thing that hits the senses is the wonderful wafting smell which I imagine are the cones baking. I did not indulge but told him to have whatever he wanted. I scoped out the store for some souvenir t-shirts which were all so on trend... More

These guys market themselves as the world's best ice cream and this irritates me, it comes across as being a little narcissistic. I went twice on PEI, once to the downtown Charlottetown location and again to this location on Capital Drive. Look, their fare certainly isn't bad but it's a long shot to say it's the best in the world.... More

They make their own waffle cone that are dipped in chocolate. There is a taste of almond that accents the yummy ice cream. We shared three different flavors all were creamy original flavors. A thumbs up for this ice cream business.

I had the best milkshake from Cows #FluffnUdder which was made up of Milk (obviously) chocolate and marshmellow icecream and peanut butter chocolate mini chunks..So, So Delicious. Definetly worth a visit to this classic PEI store

After Boom Burger we ventured over to Cows for some dessert. Wow Cow. I had a Messie Bessie Sundae and it was divine. Best ice cream on PEI.

Stop in the middle of the afternoon and had to wait in line for 20 minutes. The cost was also high $6.00 for a cone.

On the plus side the flavours are imaginative and the branding of Cows is unique and fun. The product itself, which is actually outsourced to a local industrial dairy company for production is average and very expensive.

Hi there! We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your ice cream at COWS. We actually mix our ice cream on site, and offer free tours to see our staff hand mixing our 32 flavour offerings, each made with 16% butterfat and as many local ingredients as we can source. We're glad you enjoyed our creativity though, and... More

Awesome ice cream. You must try the peanut budder boom, if you love anything PB, and incredibly cool t-shirts and other apparel.
