Location and contact

We are located at 2 Prince St. Wharf in historic Charlottetown, PEI. You cannot get any closer to the water with over half our dining area being over the water at high tide. Lobster On The Wharf specializes in a wide variety of seafood and has great options for the landlovers and kids as well. We have more outdoor seating than anywhere else on PEI. Lobster On The Wharf also does private functions and special occassions. With our adjacent seafood market the fresh seafood might as well be taken straight out of the sea or off the boat!

Great service. Super accommodating! We were only there for a very short period. Glass of wine and some soft drink. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Wished we could have come back for some lobster.

My boyfriend and I were in Charlottetown for the night and picked the restaurant based on the fact they were pretty safe considering we have pretty serious but allergies. They accommodated it well and the food was amazing. I never had fish and chips like...More

This place was dead during the weekend, everyone there was over 70 years old, just to give an idea of demographic. Many tables available inside and outside on a nice patio. Service was subpar, servicer was rude and awkward, making inappropriate jokes. Lobster was okay,...More

Good, casual, lobster and seafood served in restaurant next door to a Lobster & Fish Market. Fresh, fresh, fresh! Tables with harbor & marina views. There are tables outside on the ward deck for al fresco dining as well. Good, friendly servers, Dave being one...More

My family and I recently went down for supper and we shared the lobster and crab dip, lobster poutine, and a couple of seafood platters. We got to chose our items for the platter which was super awesome. We had mussels, crab cakes, shrimp, bacon...More

This place is cavernous and close to the cruise ship docks. Walk a couple of blocks and find many other options.

Lobster bisque was good. Seafood chowder not so good. A few tiny shrimp and a small piece of lobster in a blended potato soup. Lobster rolls were disappointing as the garlic overpowered the taste of the lobster meat.

The fish and chips were below average and the portion of steamer clams were way too small for the price charged. Seems to cater to cruise ships and profits off the location on the wharf. Wont be back.

Lobster in multiple forms and none will disappoint, but their halibut is outstanding. It’s lightly breaded in panko crumbs and then pan fried in a manner that suggests it has been baked. The result is a real treat: more dessert-like than an entree. Great location...More
