Working in food service is a challenge at the best of times but many challenges can be managed with attention to service. When we arrived we only added 4 additional covers to the 20 she was already serving.... alone. 30 minutes to get her attention. She was frazzled (silly owner not to book additional service on a tourism Saturday). Lobster... More

The Lobster Claw is a small nothing fancy seasonal restaurant in Brackley Beach, Prince Edward Island Canada. Many great things about it include: the delicious home cooking, the excellent service by extremely friendly and efficient staff, a relaxed atmosphere and "come as you are" dress code (of course, shoes and shirts are a must) PS: Save room for a homemade... Not home style and very processed. Don't waste your money. I gave it two stars because our server was friendly.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, the rest ordered pan fried haddock. We had to ask for napkins as none were on the table. (We had asked to be seated in the restaurant, rather than the diner.) The biscuits came with the other meals so the waitress kindly added one for mine. These were lovely. My... More

Close to the North Winds hotel. Good food and beer at a reasonable price. Atmosphere nothing special but the service was great.

We visited on a weekend and the place was quite busy but we were seated promptly. Service was a bit slower but not unacceptable. We split a two-piece order of fish and chips and it was adequate for the two of us, and pretty good. What was great was they preceded the meal with a home made biscuit that was... More

Stopped in for a quick bite, meals were very home like. My fiancé loves malt vinegar and this is one of the first places we went where they offered it. So she was very excited about that haha, our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and we loved chatting with her, she was full of jokes and was very comforting being... More

The staff is friendly and the service is very good. The chowder was very good in particular and the rest was good. The prices were fair. Will have to try it for breakfast sometime.

Thank Sandy C
