This family run place has a good menu, reasonable prices. No real ambiance. I had the Kimono special rolls, and some dragon rolls. Tasty and well prepared, fast service.

Kimono Sushi is located in our neighborhood so we decided to try it as we love sushi. They do have an "All you can eat" option for $29.99 a person, but we decided to go with their bento box dinner. They food was very tasty and the service was good. We probably need to go there once more to try... More

Gutted when our old favourite sushi restaurant closed and then a year later we moved and after spending a year trying to find a new place as our go-to for ordering in or last-minute dinner plans we weren't sure we would find a place. Tried a few around Avenue & Eglinton and happily found Kimono. It's now our go-to a... More

Always a great filling meal when you go for the all you can eat. The Miso soup is a great way to start, the green tea is mild and helps chase down all the Sushi. When we're in the area we always head over and end up filling ourselves senseless, fortunately its several months apart when we do. Once again... More

Had the all you can eat, which is priced pretty well. Sushi pizza was quite good as were the beef ribs and the sushi rolls. Sashimi sort of comes in a blob of sauce, which was different. Not sure everyone will like that. All in all, would recommend.

This small neighbourhood establishment will provide you with good sushi at a geat price. Lunch specials are under $8 and more than enough food. A good choice for take out too.

We had lunch here today and although they have an $11.99 special, it doesn't include sashimi, so we opted for the $16.99 all inclusive lunch. Stuffed beyond words, and it was all great. David the owner and sushi chef is great and sometimes his wife Jenny is serving. Definitely one of the better, All you can eat places.

If you're looking for a relaxing all you can eat sushi experience, this is a great place to go! David and Jenny, the owners are really great people. They take the time to ensure that every guest's experience is great. Tips....order what you think you can eat and go back for more....sometimes ordering too much is easy on the first... More

Love this place- my family has takeout from here from time to time. The restaurant itself seems a little like a hole in the wall; I've never eaten there. Very good value for pick-up orders. : )

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
