In my opinion they are the best tasting burritos I've ever had and I've tried all rest in at least Toronto. They are huge, tasty and very much worth the price. Chicken or steak, they are both satisfying.

This was my first experience with what I call the recent way of doing burritos, and they are still one of preferred burrito joints in the GTA. While I have a found a few that are more creative, these are still some of the best. This is really the place to go if you like your food hot or even... More

I have to be honest, I would have kept on walking straight by this place if it had been up to me.There was nothing about the exterior (or the interior) that was inviting. The cleanliness . . . well, it's a burrito joint. But flies swirling around the menu board, well, it did not make me want to stay there.... More

I love a burrito ask anyone who knows me! My best friend certainly does when she took me to Big Fat Burrito whilst visiting her in Toronto. A cute little place just inside Kensington Market. Staff are friendly prices are reasonable and the taste is amazing. Don't go to any of the burrito chains that the city has to offer... More

This place was highly recommended by everyone on the forums etc, especially in the Kensington market area, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The burritos are massive, well filled and served with a smile. An added bonus is the quality of the art outside the shop...

I often stop here when I'm taking my visiting friends through Kensington. I've tried nearly everything on the menu now and it's all been fantastic.

First a thing about Toronto burritos...many places in Toronto (including Big Fat Burrito) grill their burritos as a last step in preparing them. It makes the inside of the burrito really hot and makes the tortilla just a tiny bit crisp. Delicious. Big Fat is always busy because it's gooooood and not expensive. A Kensington institution.

I had the veggie burrito, my boyfriend had the steak. SO GOOD - quick too, ordered and ate on our way to our next stop.

This place has amazing food. I stumbled upon this restaurant and am so glad that I did. The food is great and there are many options for vegetarians and carnivores alike. The portions are large and the prices very reasonable!

If you like a burrito, you will like the burritos here at this local chain. Here are a few things to note: 1. While they have all the standard meat toppings, they do a yam burrito as well for those who don't eat meat. As a bonus for meat eaters, they will mix yam with pork. This is perhaps the... More
