Great beer, man many scotches, good pub food. The ambience is like you are in a local in Any town, UK.

loved the food...had fish and chips, yummy. Waitress was very patient and polite and helpful. Place could do with a little bit of updating, but all in all a nice lunch.

An incredible selection of Wiskeys. The staff is wonderful and the pub is busy in a good way. My best guess is it is like a real "Pub" from home. Wherever that maybe.

This pub is only a couple of blocks from our kid's place and we like it, so we go there fairly often. It's a nice place to pause for an afternoon drink, or to go for dinner if you are in the mood for an authentic British pub style meal. With all that implies. I happen to like greasy Haddock... More

Love a pint at the Feather's. Great place to grab a pint, shoot some darts and the food is excellent.

Feather's has been a popular neighbourhood staple for years and it's easy to see why. The bar selection is excellent and the food is very good. We had the Sunday night roast beef and it didn't disappoint. Our meal was cooked perfectly and the portion was generous. One note though: Feather's is a pub that can get a little loud,... More

My husband and I visited here twice -- once just for drinks, the second time for lunch. Both times were lovely -- good food (really, really good) excellent pints (my husband recommends the Flowers ESB) good cider and a real English pub feeling. The owner/manager was run off her feet both times, but she always had a smile for the... More

This place is best known for whisky, but we had to go to a concert at the church across the road right after dinner, so thought it wise to skip the specialty of the house. I really enjoy old UK-style pubs, with velvet-lined chairs and old and dark wooden tables and floors. It may have been just this once, but... More

We stumbled upon this little gem while visiting friends in the "Beaches" area of Toronto. The food was fantastic, the bartenders were delightful and humorous ... and the beer selection was fantastic. A typical Irish style pub, with football on the telli and the many fans and supporters in team uniforms enjoying the coverage from the UK. A delightful afternoon... More

We come here often with friends as its in their neighbourhood. The staff are lovely, friendly and caring but they have some very busy nights when they are unfortunately understaffed. The food is good classic pub food with standards like welsh rarebit, fish and chips, prime rib with Yorkshire pudding is a weekly special...and so much more! They have a... More

Staying in East End

Neighborhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
