We had dinner at Forget About It Supper Club last week and it was outstanding. We had Bruschetta, Shrimp Cocktail, and Beef Carpaccio to start and then we had Seafood Linguini, Veal Scallopini, Chicken Margherita and Surf & Turf, all the food were excellent. Excellent service, Rahul is brilliant waiter with professional manner. The hostess is so sweet greeted us... More

On a recent walk through this beautiful part of downtown, it was a warm, breezy summer evening, perfection really! Nobody wanted to eat inside but since it was just before a Jays game, all the outside terrace tables were occupied, understandably. We finally found one at Forget About It, right across from the Hyatt Regency, and the opportunity to people-watch... More

Took a chance as this was not our first choice. Pleasantly surprised that the food was to our taste and liking despite the so-so atmosphere and decor. Service was excellent, fast and appreciated since we did not have much time before theatre time.

Ate here pre-theatre on a Saturday evening. The food was quite excellent. Portions were a little small. We did the prix-fixe menu, salad was good entrees were excellent. Dessert selection could have been better. Service was a little spotty, but not bad.

For $25 you get salad or soup, a main and dessert. For the price the food here is great, the staff were great. For how busy the place is food was hot and prepared with care. I would return without hesitation.

Before seeing Titanic I took my buddy here for dinner. Sat outside on a lovely summer night and ordered the antipasto plate for two to start things off. Not much of a plate...a few bits of cheese...a couple slices of meat and some veggies...rather sparse and ho-hum. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and my friend had the Chicken Parmigiana. Portions... More

Went here for dinner on a Sunday. We had the pri-fixe menu + mussels and seafood antipasto. Everything was great. The vegetarian papardell (sp? ) was surprisingly delicious! We took the tiramisu dessert home to enjoy later.

Our first visit, definitely not the last!! Great location in the heart of the Entertainment District. Service was top notch. We had Fossel to take care of us and he was attentive, funny and knowledgable. We started with their Ceaser salad which was absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are very generous and the basked of garlic bread they bring is fresh... More

My brother and I looked around for a place to have dinner before a Blue Jays game. We first dropped in at Gretsky's but there was a 20-minute wait. So we went up the street and turned right on King, and came across the Forget About It Supper Club's board advertising specials for $25. (The first thing that came to... More

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
