We booked this restaurant to celebrate my sister and her husbands 35th anniversary. The restaurant is in a small house (two floors and steps) with an outdoor patio. Although, it was crazy busy, it was very cozy and the staff were very attentive. Three of us selected our dishes from the specials menu and we were all very happy with... More

Great food. Fish was amazing as was the pasta. Good selection of wines and not overpriced. Quality of service is spotty. Depends which waiter you get. They will be seeing me again and again.

We just love this place as it feels like a gateway from the city! No need to travel to Italy for a day if you crave the food and ambiance. Loved the service and the garden is beautiful!

Surprisingly the food is very good here (compare to many restaurants in Toronto). Big portion & in a traditional plating (no fancy presentations). Menu is good & lots of selections. The decor of this restaurant is very nice especially the backyard patio - it instantly transports me to beautiful Italy. :) What a nice surprise! Service is average though. Overall is... More

Fondly remembered Fieramosca and made a dinner reservation for their patio (we made a late reservation to ensure a spot outside). Unfortunately when we got to the restaurant our promised table wasn't available and service for the evening was rushed - we were in and out in under 1.5 hours. The only thing less disappointing than the service was the... More

Very good food, excellent service, and good crowd. The best part is the ambiance. Make sure you get a table in the backyard patio! You will miss out if you don't!! Very cute and quaint!

Very good food, very tasty, the place is cute and well decorated. It is near the Royal Ontario Museum. The service is also good, they are very kind and price is normal, not that expensive.

This place is located on a beautiful treed street in yorkville Toronto. It is in an old resistance which is so modern. The staff (our server Paul and owner) were so attentive and sensitive to our hopes and expectations. My wife had linguine with mushrooms shrimp, chicken, with olive oil. The arugula and fig salad was perfection. I had veal piccata... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
