Made a mistake and booked the Pasta Bar instead of the restaurant (take care not to confuse the two), however the Hostess was more than helpful and after a brief wait she showed us to our table in the restaurant. Must have been the best table – right next to the window and we had a perfect view of the... More

Dinner and service was on point from start to finish. Definitely a fine dining restaurant, don't expect large portions, but instead carefully selected items. I am constantly thinking about the coconut cream pie I had for dessert! It's a massive slice of clouds! So fresh and light - I will have to return.

This restaurant is off Avenue Road - go west on Edmund and first left. Completely unpretentious, friendly yet professional service. Beautifully plated food that had unique flavours for pairing. Between us we had the pork, the lamb and sea bass. Each was excellent and perfectly cooked. I think the signature dessert is the coconut cream pie. A very generous serving... More

Fantastic restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food was out of this world. I had the oysters an an appetizer and the sturgeon as a entree. Both were to die for. Probably one of the best restaurants I have eaten at.

Everything was fresh, vibrant with tastes and served in decent proportions. I personally chose the Romaine Hearts and the Peppercorn Fettucine....absolutely amazing! Our waiter was professional.

The atmosphere was great, fitting for the restaurant of this quality. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, if wasn't for the valet we wouldn't know where to look... Our wait staff was professional and knowledgeable about the food. He explained in detail every aspects of each course, and gave us a brief history about the restaurant... More

The Scaramouche Restaurant is truly one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. The top five restaurant's listing in Toronto is truly well deserved. The food is French with an emphasis on seafood. The wait staff works as an amazing team, who pride themselves in pure professionalism. The food is awesome, but not to be out done of the... More

This Toronto landmark should be a mandatory visit for anyone who aspires to the very top restaurant service. To describe Scaramouche as "silky-smooth" (The Globe) catches only part of the staff's magic. They transition from nearly invisible to familiar warmth effortlessly. You will not see the wine being refilled, silverware replaced, a clean napkin or spent items cleared away. But should... More

Description
Scaramouche has long been celebrated by customers and critics for its unwavering commitment to making each dining experience a memorable one. Chef/owner Keith Froggett's sophisticated cuisine is presented simply with care and attention to detail. The service underscores that philosophy: unobtrusive and respectful. The restaurant affords a stunning nighttime vista of the downtown Toronto skyline. These components and more make Scaramouche the singular destination it is. And the reason that the restaurant is consistently ranked as one of the city's best for more than three decades.
