It's a very good standard place for fried fish & chips…I had the haddock at the suggestion of the server & it was delicious, not oily or heavy…& the fries were spot on. The New England clam chowder was a little library pastey & needs...More

Consistent, consistent and more consistency. It's what it is about. Cod n Chips... nivce meaty fish in a crispy batter, cooked at right temperature so little grease. Fries hand cut. Just great. Back in England last week, had fish n chips at local eatery... thin...More

Great food here, 2nd best fish and chips in Toronto, but I would rate "Hamish Kitchen" #1 fish and chips. Olde Yorke Fish and Chips has great food, problem is finding on street parking. Give it a try you won't be disappointed

Went there for lunch with the family and the food was excellent. The fish and chips were crisp and fresh. The chowder was creamy and tasty. The onion rings were also very good. A must to visit for those fish and chips lovers!

Absolutely terrific halbut. A very generous helping of top notch halibut and a batter that did not overwhelm the fish. The chips-not your normal fries - were fine as well.

Tasted just like the fish and chips from Britain. Not something you'd expect. You won't be disappointed.

We had heard that this restaurant was owned by someone who had previously owned a fish and chip shop in Yorkshire, England so made a point of finding this "hidden gem" on our visit to Toronto. We were not disappointed!!. We chose the cod and...More

What a surprise to find this gem in Toronto, of all places. The fish batter was excellent and came on the dish crispy. The chips were also done just right. In fact, this dish is better than any found in the UK. A small bowl...More

We often come and are always pleased. Come early, or you will have to line up. Fish is always cooked to perfection.
