The menu is designed to share. The portions are small so ordering 3 or 4 dishes gives you an opportunity to taste a few different things. It is ideal if you are a small group. I went with a couple of friends and we ordered 4 dishes for the three of us. It was just enough. The wine selection was... More

Free watermelon at the entrance, greeted immediately at the door, charming decor, tables spaced apart, great vibe, friendliest waiter, timing of food service perfect. The food. My niece ordered a curry dish that was excellent and my sister and I ordered salads. I added salmon to mine and for $5 extra bucks it was a generous amount. Food tasted very... More

I highly recommend the pancakes! They were absolutely fabulous. Very busy patio, if its 2 of you going then I'd recommend trying to reserve an outdoor table. We had to wait a LONG TIME to get our meal, but it was delicious!

I went to this restaurant for the pancake which the restaurant is famous for. The pancake is really tasty however it is a little bit sugary and big, so go there when you are really hungry :) The other foods on the menu looks good too, so it might be a good place for lunch as well.

I've been to too many diner/pub style restos lately, so was looking for a "ladies who lunch" establishment to take my boyfriend's sister....Mildred's Temple Kitchen was PERFECT! A large, naturally lit dining space with interesting interior designer decor details. The menu was a bit limited, but there was good things there. My boyfriend had the daily special - a beef... The house-made lemonade is bracingly tart. The buttermilk blueberry pancakes were sublime and justly renowned. If only the server, who didn't seem to be overwhelmed, had been more attentive. Perhaps dining alone was a disadvantage, but it shouldn't be. I won't be alone on my return visit. Hopefully that will improve that aspect of a great restaurant.

Went there for a weekend brunch on an invitation. Loved the decor and the ambience. Pancakes were just too good. I judge the place by quality of the coffee and their coffee was superb. Lot of variety for brunch and food is quite filling as well. The staff is super friendly. The wait can be super long though which is... More
