Had a memorable jalapeño sauce. Food was interesting & both our dishes tasted good. Lineup is long & quite a wait, you cannot wait at the bar. They do have a good system, so you can grab a buzzer & look around, they will even text when almost time. The washrooms are stalls and co-ed & play air Canada emergency... More

Recommended for brunch. Very busy and crowded, long wait even after getting there around 10:30. Because I was alone, I was able to sit down pretty quickly. I ordered a lot because I wanted to try a few things - rosemary bacon, huevos monty, and a side blueberry pancake for dessert. The pancakes are incredible and definitely worth trying. Tried... More

Always an hour wait to be fed, which is not ideal when you come for breakfast and have already waited an hour or even two for a table. Not sure why the kitchen is always so slow, and no one ever looks like they have any sense of urgency back there. They should close the visibility of the kitchen off... More

The space is industrial, but the decor is very hip, artistic, and contemporary, depending on which section of the restaurant your table is. Love the wide opened kitchen. Food is deceptively simple but very flavorful. Wish the freshly baked scones were actually hot, though. Price is very reasonable.

Mildred's Temple Kitchen is definitely a restaurant that goes above and beyond for their customers. Below is our experience: Arrived cold and were uncomfortable with the air conditioning on in the restaurant - We were offered blankets. The staff asked our opinion on the new 'share' menu - we were not impressed- lacking taste and overpriced for portion of food... More

The menu is designed to share. The portions are small so ordering 3 or 4 dishes gives you an opportunity to taste a few different things. It is ideal if you are a small group. I went with a couple of friends and we ordered 4 dishes for the three of us. It was just enough. The wine selection was... More

Free watermelon at the entrance, greeted immediately at the door, charming decor, tables spaced apart, great vibe, friendliest waiter, timing of food service perfect. The food. My niece ordered a curry dish that was excellent and my sister and I ordered salads. I added salmon to mine and for $5 extra bucks it was a generous amount. Food tasted very... More

I highly recommend the pancakes! They were absolutely fabulous. Very busy patio, if its 2 of you going then I'd recommend trying to reserve an outdoor table. We had to wait a LONG TIME to get our meal, but it was delicious!
