Nice patio on cute Baldwin street. Service was pleasant and efficient. However, food was just average-nothing really wrong per se but no wow factor. Toned down Mexican flavour to suit mass market tastes perhaps.

I am writhing this mid way through consuming a plate of nachos carnitas with a side order of guacamole. I have been to this restaurant many iMessage over the years and it never fails t disappoint. The food is delicious, the ambiance is comfortable and festive and the hospitality is gracious!

We stopped in here for lunch after a visit to the AGO. What a find! Lovely little Mexican spot, packed, with a lovely outdoor patio as well. We loved the humour all through the menu :) The sangria was PERFECT. It was Taco Tuesday, so we split the pork and the shrimp tacos. You get three heaped with toppings, but... More

I'm hardly an expert, but the 4 of us agreed, the Margaritas were great. The original Margaritas were great, but I liked the lime and basil variety even better. The food did not disappoint. We had the tacos al pastor, the chicken enchiladas with green (tomatillo) sauce, the slim (largely veggie) burrito and the dirty little piggy (pork sausage) enchiladas.... More

We recently had dinner on the idyllic 2nd floor patio at Maragrita's. As a starter we had Nacho's which were very nice. However, both our mains (chicken burritos and beef enchilades) were not tasty at all. In fact we both eat only a tiny portion of it before giving up. This was the worst Mexican restaurant we've tried so far.... More

Nothing really impressive here. The interior is so tired and needs a good update. The food is quite plain - burrito was lacking flavour! The patio when it is sunny is nice, but then what patio isn't? A pass in my books!

Visited with my wife. Burrito was very well done and my wife's taco salad with chicken was a tasty surprise. House made hot sauce brought table side was so flavorful without being extremely spicy. Going back soon to try the famous nachos!

A family friend and his wife had a serious car accident at the beginning of December and it was no fault of their own as there were rear ended. Over a long recovery period my friend was transferred to the Toronto Recovery Institute on University and I wanted to spring him from the joint for some grub. The nurse on... More
