I don't often start restaurant reviews with the service staff but Amanda was nothing short of spectacular. I often ask servers their names, so she asked us ours - and then actually remembered them. They were good-natured, fun, and worked hard to make certain we...More

Nice local restaurant. We booked a reservation through open table. We were seated at a table of our choice. We ordered and the waiter offered a wine choice. My husband ordered the house special, a seafood pasta and loved it. I had a pasta dish...More

Fabulous dinner! Great service! I live in Toronto and this is my favorite restaurant! Hard to decide what to have as everything is superb. Pizzas, fish, meat, pasta.

LAV has the makings of an excellent restaurant - great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere, and good pricing. Their brunches are reasonably priced and are all done well. If you're a fan of Eggs Benedict, you will leave here very happy.

Nice ambiance but thats about it (oh and the bathrooms were nice). Food was average, no better than East Side Mario frankly. Daughter had 4 cheese pizza that was overcooked, hard crunchy cheese (although their pizza is supposed to be one of their specialties), son-in-law...More

I've been here twice. The food is consistently good. We had the shrimp appetizer, lamb chops and the veal. The atmosphere is dim aka romantic but it can be a bit loud. We had good service during our last visit however we seemed to have...More
