So went by for a light dinner. I ordered the nachos - when they came I thought it was a salad as all this romaine lettuce was dumped on top - I can't say I've ever seen nachos like that and it was a little difficult to eat with the big chunks of lettuce so I removed - otherwise it... More

We stopped in for dinner last night after driving by the place for years. Very pleasantly surprised. Excellent and friendly service, good food. Varied menu that hits all the high points. We sat in the bar area and really liked the vibe. Nice ambiance. Next time we want to sit beside the fireplace. Great attention to detail and you get... More

We went for a visit during happy hour on a Thursday - most of their appetizers/snacks are priced at $7 so not too bad. Wine was cheaper. The service was very attentive - which I appreciate. I like when my water glass gets refilled without asking. They have 12 items at lunch for $12 which also looked like a good... More

I'm attending Jawny Bakers fairly frequently on different occasions. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, they would always advise and suggest the best for the customer's taste and budget. The meal is always great - delicious and fresh, AND you don't wait for it forever. They have strategically picked their staff so the customers don't feel guilty about spare... More

If you have never eaten at Jawny Baker's, you don't know what your missing! My boyfriend and I first visited this amazing establishment earlier this year, and knew we would come back as we were very happy and satisfied with the food and service. I would call it an upscale, family-friendly pub that offers reasonably priced dishes and caters to... More

The food is good, the service is good and they are kid friendly. They have a great kids menu that does not consist of only nuggets, pizza and hamburgers. They have shrimp, vegetable stirfry and other items. If you want a casual place this is it.

Met up with some friends one night during the week. Busy but service was good. we were able to carry on a conversation without having to shout making it a nice alternative to a pub. Wide variety of items on the menu with decent prices as one would expect from a neighbourhood restaurant. Nice wine list also.
