Food is absolutely fantastic and they have a really great gluten free menu. However, the service was horrible the night we went. My parents said they have never seen it like that before but this is the 2nd time where I've been without my parents and I had to wait 10 mins for drinks and a really long time when... More

First, this is one of the few restaurants near the Danforth with parking: fantastic. Second, you could come here with your 8 year old kid or 80 year old grandma. It is highly accessible and the service is as good as it gets. The food is always tasty and there's enough variety that we can go there several times in... More

My last occasion to have sat here was a dinner with some friends when I bought my condo at downtown Toronto . It is quite a drive but it's worth it.that was in 2007! So when we were looking for somewhere to dine after our visit with some friends, I asked my host that I would treat them to this... More

Have always second guessed this restaurant because of their higher than average prices for the neighbourhood and tonight just reconfirmed this. Beginnin with half cooked calamari which server proudly stated 'can be prepared in 6 mins'...look everything within reason - take the time and serve a properly cooked appetizer. Salad was super soggy...meatloaf was partially uncooked and wine was way... More

We've been here with and without our kids numerous times in the past couple of months. The food is awesome and the service is fantastic!! It is truly worth the visit. Some of our favourites are spicy chicken stir fry, bayou jambalaya, market salads and their selection of beer and wine.

We were close by but unfamiliar with the area on Valentine's Day. A local recommended Jawny Bakers as a good place to bring the family. We were so glad we went! Our waitress was Brittany, & service was friendly & prompt. She checked in with us often. The kids loved their choices on the kids menu - pita pizza &... More

Have visited on numerous occasions over past 20 years. The restaurant has grown from a small bar/roadhouse to a large dining establishment and the menu has improved with age! Can accommodate large groups. Busiest on weekend nights where a wait list might occur. Plenty of regulars attend the bar area with a variety of brews on tap. Serves appetizers, snacks,... More
