After the Nov. 2016 renovations, we've been there a number of times. Jessica, the General Manager, did a great job in renovating and in promoting the place while Kristen, the Head Chef, did a marvellous job with the new menu. We've enjoyed all of the new dishes that we’ve tried. Last time we visited, our server Ana even took the... More

I had a quick business lunch at Jack Astor's across from Sherway Gardens. The decor is decent and has large TV screens in the bar / lounge area so would be good for drinks and to take in some sports with friends. For lunch, I started with the fried calamari which was a little oily followed by the bacon cheeseburger... More

Fun & noisy place but good for a meetup with friends or family. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. Service levels are variable based upon the fact that most of them are student-entry-level workers. They are well intentioned and I think if you want to have a very relaxed experience you will enjoy it.

Our second visit to this chain during our Toronto trip. We stopped at one property on the way towards our destination and did not hesitate to stop here. The food was as good as our previous stop as were the bar drinks. It's very important that a chain rest. maintain it's standards throughout it's properties. There was plenty of parking... More

To start off it is loud and not great for having a conversation. Food is OK, service is OK, portions are normal. Usual family selection of foods. Not for business luncheons.

We visited this location for a family dinner. My husband got the steak, which was okay; my daughter got the fish on a stick (which she loved last time-couple months back) but this time around said that it didnt taste good. (Take that with a grain of salt) and i got the wings. Wanting sweet and spicy and asking for... More

We have been going to Jack Astor’s for lunch for a couple of years on a weekly basis. Because I have a gluten allergy, it's somewhat difficult to find a safe and dependable restaurant. At Astor's it's always a pleasure to come back to. From the moment we walk in, a pleasant hostess walks us to our seats and writes... More

Hosted a customer event this evening in the bar area for 50 people. Staff was quite attentive, food good and warm, and overall a very pleasant experience. Would recommend and would use them again without hesitation.
