Staying in Yorkville so went to Hemingways for a beer and something to eat. It was a sweltering evening so sat out on patio. Choice of beer ok but not extensive. Burger and fries were good. Service was friendly and efficient. Good place to go if you're looking for a relaxed evening out.

Great spot to grab a beer, chill alone or meet a friend, have a casual lunch, catch up on the CP24 news ticker, or have after work gatherings. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, with Connor being a particular star! My only feedback to the management is that the cutlery and dishes are a bit 'tattered' and look... More

This is a short walk from the Park Hyatt Hotel, and the food, atmosphere, and service are excellent. The restaurant is larger than it looks with full balconies, and a large indoor eating and drinking area. The pub food is delicious and filling, and the pitchers of sangria are great for a hot summer day. This is just the spot... More

If you are looking for a great patio in the Yorkville area this is your place. Casual, fun and they even have the cool misting feature on the patio for those blistering hot days to help keep you comfortable outside. There is a sizeable drink selection, decent food (Jerk Chicken Burrito was tasty) and good service. I would definitely recommend... More

we needed a place to go in between appointments, and saw this inviting restaurant with lots of outdoor space. we only had drinks, which were fine. the people who were eating around us, however, seemed very happy with their food.

It was worth the climb to the top floor patio-a fun place for people-watching on a sunny evening. My chicken pappardelle was lightly but nicely flavoured. My sister's Salt Spring Island mussels were tough and tepid but graciously exchanged for very decent calamari. With a crisp Ontario white wine the total was $72.16 before tip,and they sent us away with 2 complimentary desserts... Hemingway's offers several outdoor terraces on various levels. It is located in the center of Yorkville . Although we only had drinks the food looked and smelled delicious!!!

Great bar food. Especially the cheesey, Cajun fries. Hot tip - order them well with and extra helping of cheese. Best anywhere. Huge selection of beers from all over. Rooftop patio is very lively.

This Restaurant/Pub was a great find! Yorkville can be a pricey area and this place has great food and drinks for great price. The staff was really friendly and there are tons of TV's to catch your fave sports. It is a casual and comfortable spot with multiple levels and lots of outdoor or indoor seating options. I will definitely... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
