No matter which Fresh you visit, the food is consistently delish...and fresh, just as you'd expect. Nothing fancy here, just earthy goodness. We love the layered salads and bowl, and try to mimic them at home, but never to the same effect. We even order take-out on a regular basis, and know we're not like adding on carbs, even if... More

We love Fresh. Noting more to say but - it's delicious. It's filling. It's never disappointing. Great food. Quick service and the coffee is the best. If we are in the city we have a meal and take more home for later - always.

They have all the 'right' food and juices. Loads of variety. The service is great and the servings large. The ambiance is a bit crowded and you can find yourself within a foot of your neighbours Buddha Bowl. I would encourage people to try it once and decide. They serve a lot of carbs so watch out for flatulence when... More

I've been to this location a dozen times, and finally remember to post my thoughts! I normally go after my yoga class nearby Friday nights (at 7ish?) and luckily there are always seats available. I recently fell in love with their Transformer salad- it has marinated cubed tofu, adzuki beans, edamame, and a tonne of other goodness! Their tofu wrap,... More

The best vegan, vegetarian, gluten free in the world. I can eat every single day and never get bored. I love the fried sweet potatoes, love the apple juice with ginger, lots of ginger, love the grilled corn and the wraps.

If you want to stay healthy and happy, Fresh is the place to eat. Love the bowls with rice and the liver cleanse juice is excellent. I would give it 5 rating but the pancakes are overcooked and if you order any oily food, harder to digest. Great decor, too. So happy I can go there for lunch.

No food hangovers here. Everything I've had has filled me up but not left me in a food coma. You get food + vitality. I'm a vegan, so this place is heaven to me. I can order anything, and everything I've tried has been tasty. The juices are exorbitant but punch-in-the-face healthy. And delicious. Something like 3lbs of veggies in... More

Fresh has taken the traditional boring salad to a new level. Their combinations are mind-blowing. If they don't bottle their dressings, it should be the next step for this chain of healthy eateries. Enjoy!

I am not a vegetarian but wish I ate cleaner and the food was so amazing here I sourced out their cook book to try to new recipes. The Jerusalam and Budda Bowls we both ate from were so full of flavour that we could not stop eating , we should of because the portions were so huge. Great FIND.

I enjoyed that the menu had such a good variety of healthy food choices with so many flavour options. The food was prepared well and was delicious and within a short wait it was delivered to the entire table at once. Meatatarians will find something on the menu. I did. Bon appetit

Staying in North End

Neighborhood Profile
North End
The North End is a nucleus of specialty food restaurants and shops, especially around its Mount Pleasant Village area. Frequented by antiquers for its numerous collectable shops, furniture spots, and oddity stores, the North End is a maverick of the quaint and quality. Vintage toy stores, accessory shops, and cinemas welcome perusers to step back in time, while the wide pedestrian squares and the large medical and business community inject it with a dose of modernity. With numerous cafes and Toronto's greatest number of independent booksellers, it isn't uncommon to see folks in this area at their leisure, reading outdoors and in eateries, and taking life a bit more slowly – even if it's only during their lunch break.
