Went on a recommendation from a friend and wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere was great, the service was fantastic and the food was plentiful. Enjoyed the meal very much and would definitely return. Great value for your money.

Having decided to eat at one of the restaurants near our hotel in Elm Street we were very impressed with Donatello. On a warm September evening when the temperature was comfortable enough to sit outside we were able to sit on the first floor terrace...More

It all started so well. Friendly welcome and historic warm bread. We ordered a round of starters and then waited an unbelievable 1 hour and ten minutes. When asked why the wait we were told that there was one table ahead of us- as if...More

Came upon this by chance on a three day visit on our way to Vancouver. So good we went twice. Lovely decor, great service and the food and wine were delicious. Thoroughly recommended.

They have limited varieties in their menu, but the food they serve is tasty. Service and overall ambiance is nice. The only real thing that annoys me is that, they automatically add 15% tip to the bill. This is not polite.

We had high expectations but were somewhat disappointed. The caprese salad and carpaccio appetizers were fine, but no more than that. The "special" ravioli was scary. Billed as cheese and mushroom ravioli in pesto sauce, what arrived at the table was huge ravioli smothered in...More

I cannot believe this is number 20 of all 6000 restaurants in Toronto. The food is ok but there is a limited, very dated menu and the food is nothing out of the ordinary. The only really good thing about this restaurant is you can...More

By far the best Italian restaurant in town. Everything we ate was exceptional, the service was fantastic. The owners made us feel like family. We highly recommend having dinner here. Salvatore and Beverly Ventura

It's a lovey 15-20 minute walk. Not sure what else is nearby. Lots good restaurants just south of hotel. West of maple leaf square. (10 minute walk) and close to the lake.
