love this place. Authentic Indian cuisine. Always lined up to get in so that says a lot. Sensational dishes cooked in a kitchen visible to patrons.

This is a small, very good restaurant in an up-and-coming area of West Toronto. The food is very good, the service is excellent and the price is reasonable. Definitely worth a visit.

It is a small restaurant with every dish well-prepared. It is Indian food adapted to Canada, not by eliminating spices, but by cutting back on the fat content. The spicing is fresh and the aroma of spices is wonderful from the moment you enter the restaurant. We have eaten here a few dozen times and have yet to have a... More

When I go to a restaurant, the thing that matters to me the most is the how am I greeted. The restaurant offers fabulous customer service and a warm welcome by happy-go-smiling servers. The also introduce you to the everyday house special menu items and take care of how you would like your food to be prepared. Extra effort is... More

Excellent food. The eggplant is first rate along with the butter chicken. For vegetarians I recommend the butter paneer. We had the Goan fish curry that was good but not at the same level as the 2 other dishes. The sour flavour was a little strong and overwhelmed the other flavours. Overall I rank the food as very good. An... More

You can never go wrong at Curry Twist. The food is fresh, tasty and just plain good. The restaurant is small, so call ahead to find out about seating. It is a local favourite in the Junction. We have been there several times and we have ordered take out and in all cases, the quality of the food and service... More

We have been enjoying Curry Twist both in the dining room and through take-out in our home for well over 10 years now. They care about what they do and do it very very well. The food is fantastic. Ask about the specials if you call to do a take-out order.

We love this little spot. As the Junction is reinvigorating, Curry Twist is a go-to for our family for all special occasions. The food has layers of complexity that are just sublime. Kid friendly, staff is amazing.

We had googled the best of the best Indian restaurants and one that came up high on the list was Curry Twist. We live in North Toronto, so it is a bit of a trek to get to the junction, but will do it again! We had a reservation for 7 (including a 13 year old) and given a table... More

Staying in West End

Neighborhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
