I have been to this restaurant everytime I am in Toronto. A friend of mine introduced this place and I have been coming here ever since. Everything, and I meant, EVERYTHING is super good and fresh. But my favourite is any of its hot melted sandwiches either with chicken breast or tuna, with fresh fruit on the side. The best... More

As a regular diner at various Cora's throughout the country we knew exactly what to expect for breakfast. Freshly made, the portions are always generous and of course very tasty. Our Toronto experience did not disappointment with all four of us thoroughly enjoying our meals. As well our waitress was a treat with a great sense of humour despite it... More

I was excited to try the crepes ...but sadly they were served almost cold and very dry ( almost leathery)..Albeit this is low key eatery, diner style..

We enjoyed breakfast at Cora's. We were hoping to have yummy crepes and Cora's did not let us down. The servings were huge and filling. It was hard to choose between sweet or savory, however we were delighted with both. Presentation was also a plus for us. Everything looked and tastes great on top of great service too!

The portions are huge and delicious. We had the yogurt harvest crunch, banana chocolate French toast, and cherry pancakes. It was a breakfast treat with tons of fresh fruit. Wish it was closer to home.

I have wanted to try Coras for a while, so finally came for breakfast. The menu had many breakfast items to choose from, and were reasonably priced. The quality of the food I would say was average, but their servings were big. I had their classic breakfast, the potato wedges and turkey sausage tasted bland, and overall the meal lacked... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
