We decided to pop into this bar for a quick bite to eat and a couple drinks, but after getting our first drink and our food, our waitress didn't visit our table again for over 30 minutes. She did manage to serve others in the immediate area, however. In fact, there were about 7 or 8 tables on the go... More

I will never set foot in this bar again. I just tried to pay my bill but was pushed aside because some you nuble things wanted shots after I had asked for my bill. after they were done, the bar tender acted if nothing had gone wanting. I reminded him that I had asked for my bill about 20 minutes... More

The bar was crowded...but offers cheap beer And young and beautiful people. Everything is cool. The retro music. Happy place.

We arrived around 9pm on a Sat night looking to grab a bite to eat then dance the night away. We did both. I don't believe this place is known for it's food, but we enjoyed everything we ordered. We ordered some typical pub fare. and everyone enjoyed both the nachos and quesadilla. Dancing kicked into high gear sometime between... More

We had a few drinks, listened to music and shot pool on a recent Saturday night. The place started to fill up around 10pm. Dancing and fun was on the agenda! Good time, would visit again if in the area.

I don't like much cause I don't like nightclubs but I would be unfair if I have given this place less than 5 stars. Everyone I know love it! They usually go on Fridays. Beers (maybe every drink) are just $2.50 (taxes included) until 10pm. The entrance is free until this time too.

At two fifty bucks for a bottle of beer, you can't go wrong. Got there around 4pm on a Friday and was busy with the after work club (Toronto must have an awful lot of early Friday finishing!). The terrace was buzzing. Freshly cut fries, sticky and spicy wings and coconut prawns were all great bar food. Nice find.

went on Friday night to celebrate our anniversary! We met here 19 years ago. Crowd is young...very young! All drinks $2.50! On a Friday. What shocked us is, the young people don't tip!,, the bar tenders worked so hard for a full house, and they get tipped nothing on $2.50 drinks!? Unbelievable! We had fun, it was packed and we... Went to Crocodile Rock with 3 other girls, and we had a great time. We went on a Wednesday on "911 night". We got there after 11, paid a 5$ cover charge and explored the rooftop terrace as well as the ground floor. We didn't eat here or anything since we came for the sort of club/bar part of it.... More

We went here with a few couples. It was a bit of a younger crowd but it was a lot of fun. Live karaoke kept the place hopping. The house band was great and the drinks were reasonably priced. They will definitely be seeing us there again

Staying in Downtown West

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
