I had dinner with friends on a Saturday evening; this included 2 teenage boys. The restaurant is located in a nice area which is relatively quiet. We were seated quickly and were served our food without delays. The servings were WAY larger than we expected and we were absolutely stuffed by the time we were done. We didn't have space... More

Friendly staff. Bottled Greek beer. Not the best calamari, a bit too greasy for my taste. Disappointed with tzaziki. Overall Ok experience. Though we were there during the day. I heard they have belly dancers and live band in the evening, on the weekends.

I really loved this restaurant, everything was great, the place, the location, the food, the service, I enjoyed it so much, we ate a lot and so many things that I lost track of what we ate, what a wonderful place we arrive for lunch and stayed for dinner as well, I will be back and recomend it always.

We had eaten at another Greek restaurant a few weeks before and took a stroll along the Danforth. We saw Christina's and asked for their brunch menu so we could try it another time. I was happy to see that it had very extended brunch hours printed on the menu (10-4 on Sat/Sun). So last Sunday we made a trip... More

If I could rate this a zero I would but unfortunately you have to start at one. The costumer service is very very very bad. Most of the staff are not greek which means that they don't know about greek food. We asked regular sized souflaki and the other one kids size but both sizes looked like kids sizes. The... More

It has been here for approximately 40 years and has been good value throughout. Live music on weekends. The food is good but we feel that the service and ambiance are the main reasons to come here. The usual suspects are on the menu but somehow this place feels just a tad classier than most, without any snootiness. And yet... More

We have been to Christina's before and always enjoyed it. We decided to go back for our Mother's Day brunch this past weekend. I made a reservation online for 6 people which was confirmed via email. When we arrived at the restaurant they did not have our reservation. They managed to give us a table however it was in the... More

Out of randomness of looks by for a spot to have dinner on Friday night, I ended at danforth. There was belly dancing which was followed by an excellent performance by a live band. The food is reasonably priced and definitely a good place to have dinner with friends and the family.

Awesome food and excellent service. I had the rack of lamb which was done to perfection. The owner even recognized me from travelling to Toronto from Sudbury and sat and had a glass of wine with me.

Staying in East End

Neighborhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
