Haida is a cute really tiny sandwich and pizza shop very reminiscent for the shops in Iran. Family run, everything made as you order and incredibly generous. The location is just north of Yonge and Finch with easy access to TTC. The prices are low...and the portions enough to share. Lots of both Halal and vegetarian options. The sandwiches are so expensive and those are not like Iranian haida. I wont recommend you at all. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else and eat kebob instead of that haida sandwich. The cashier has a terrible manner, so rude.

They say it is halal meat but I got a beaf halal sandwich and they gave me pork and when I called to tell them they did not reject it ! Prices are also expensive never going back and telling all my friends don't waste...your money .More

Got the chicken sandwich and it's huge. About a foot long, stuffed with slices of chicken (tastes very much like the Vietnamese style chicken sausages you can buy wrapped in the those banana leaves), potato sticks (like hickory sticks), pickles and some veggies. The only...slight downside is too much sauce and because all the ingredients are not mixed in together, whatever bite you take you only taste that one ingredient (eg. the sauce was all on one side so when I bit there, all I tasted was pickles and sauce). Service was a little slow and the guy at the front counter kept talking away on his cell phone. If I was super hungry or had somebody to share with I might consider buying again but the area has lots of options for food.More

Have been a customer for more than 3 years. We drive from Bradford just to have Haida sandwich and pizza. Our cousin from Texas misses Haida's sandwich always. Amazing each time.

And or coming home drunk late at night this will do. Otherwise it is run of the mill processed meat sandwiches that are bland and or soggy.

Before Haida Sandwich never had the joy of enjoying a sandwich big enough with the taste that I like a lot. They have variety of different sandwiches and pizzas (with no limitation on the toppings) that turned me to a regular client of theirs.
