Tacos! Bit of a wait and it was hot. Tried the Gobernador and Octopus tacos. Really big, full tacos - so much so that the shell on the pulpo fell apart. But the tacos were good. Not much room for seating.

Pros: amazing and reasonably priced tacos ($5 each but they are big), friendly service, open kitchen so you can see all the action, vegetarian/gluten free options and delicious fresh juices (hibiscus tea is my fav). Cons: tiny storefront = long lines and cramped waiting areas. Recos: Baja fish tacos, fresh juice, and pork carnitas

Excellent food here! Almost all tacos are gluten free. The food is fresh and tasty. The fish was well prepared and you can taste the layers of flavor in each taco. The carnitas and the octopus tacos were our favorites!!!

We lined up on Sunday afternoon for Baja Fish Tacos. This is a popular place so be prepared to wait. The taco was fantastic!

The tuna taco's were absolutely superb and tasted so fresh and were well seasoned. I couldn't fault the price on all dishes offered. The menu was unique, I had never visited a fast food place such as this before. My only complaint would be the small standing/seating area, it was rather crowded and uncomfortable. A larger outlet would be ideal... More

It was hot when we were in Kensington Market. The humidex had to be near 40 degrees celsius. I would've loved to be in an air conditioned restaurant, but my wife said I had to have Seven Lives tacos for lunch. After the awesome experience I had, I would now walk through Hades over hot coals for this restaurant. When... More

Best fish tacos ever...made fresh to order, very tasty, and reasonably priced. We tried 3 different kinds and loved them all. Beware of the green hot sauce...it's very hot! Very limited seating, so plan to eat while walking around Kensington market.

Tacos here are really great but unfortunately because we came on a Sunday, it was crazy busy and we had to wait for ages and ages to get our food. There's also not really anywhere to sit apart from one big table with two benches inside or two small seats outside so have a plan to go home or go... More

My son heard about Seven Lives, tried it, loved it and took us there tonight. A little hole in the wall in the middle of Kensington Market. It has a well worn feel both inside and out. It is primarily a take-out spot but does have one table that can accommodate 6 inside. The selection is modest with 8 options... More

Came by to get a taco. I come from the Southwest of the USA and am used to eating authentic delicious tacos. So my bar is high. Seven lives was not a disappointment. We were told they were famous for their fish tacos so we ordered a round of Baja fish and Camarones a la Diablo tacos. Each one was... More
