Wonderful little restaurant, parking on the street. No problem finding a spot. Probably the best tapas we have eaten. Clams with white beans and chorizo was definitely a hit with all. Try the fried milk fot dessert.

What a wonderful surprise to have one of our best meals in Etobicoke. Chef Fernando and his staff ( including his son Jamie) were outstanding in delivering a a total culinary experience with his Tapas offerings. We cannot wait to go back to enjoy more of his authentic Spanish creations.

We went there as 2 couples. I really don't know how to rate LaVinia, the service was good, the server was very personable and helpful. The food was just okay to good, but in my opinion very overpriced for what we got,so,while it was good,I've had better food, maybe not Spanish, for the same or less. I wouldn't rush to go back.

This spot is a bit off the beaten track, so I resisted the suggestion when friends wanted to try it. I've now been several times, most recently last month. It has become one of my favourite place to dine. The dishes are consistently exceptional. My favourites include the Croquetas (crab or cod) and the Paellas (any!). The seafood is always... More

It is nice place . The appetizers are very good. However the main meals are ok not so impressive. The lamb chop dish is too little for the price. The sea food paella is not as good as expected.

We were greeted by the chef/owner and taken to our table. It wasn't very busy on the Tuesday night that we visited, which resulted in exceptionally attentive service. There were 4 of us and we shared everything we ordered. Our waiter, who was the chef/owner's son was very friendly and provided good recommendations for our dinner. We had 5 appetizer's... More

I brought my family here b/c this restaurant is ranked so highly on TripAdvisor. I usually find TripAdvisor rankings to be pretty spot on; unfortunately, I was let down this time. The greeting when we arrived was not warm/welcoming. The waiter didn't offer much assistance until I asked for his thoughts and recommendations. It took a while for our waiter... More

Wonderful food and service...I would highly recommend. This was our first time at the restaurant and it was a birthday celebration. The restaurant is local and we drive pass it very day. La Vinia was much better then we expected, even our picky eater had a wonderful meal - much to their surprise. We had a number of the tapas... More

Wonderful Spanish Tapas! Very good and attentive service, each dish was delicious and plentiful for tapas. The Fine Ibérico Spanish Ham was a very pleasant surprise. It was excellent, perfectly cured, delicious. Loved the ambience and being on Lakeshore. Will go again!
